So, I bought the ROTF deluxe class Ironhide figure today, and even though I seem to have done everything right according to the instructions, the head is impossible to get up. The piece that's supposed to flip up only moves a little bit when I try to move it, then it gets stuck. I tried moving the windshield piece, and now there are obvious stress marks on it. Help please?

There are two posts that the shoulders are attached to, you need to pull them out all the way then tilt the windscreen back.

 

Try gettin him back to vehicle mode. Im finding it an impossibility cant work out the front of the vehicle. :tfevil

Picked this fig up yesterday and was almost disappointed. Kind of too much going on with the conversion.But the chest piece is a bit to innovative. Halves dislodge when you move the arms. I eventually found a remedy but had I not defects win again.Hasbro get it together I'm like expecting this now. In contrast the Marvel Crossover line have rock solid molds.Yeesh.
