Blaster isn't worth that much even WITH Steeljaw. Unless hes in PERFECT condition, and then you MIGHT be able to get almost that much. Does he have his gun? Paint wear? AND Stickiness to his trap door/tape door? These things can make a huge difference. Loose joints, ect.
