Are you freakin serious? Even WITH those new heads, which imo look like crap (at best "ok"), the fake Bludgeon and Whirl set is worth 20% maybe of what the Classics Magnus/Skywarp is worth. Now IF you had the heads too for your set, then maybe you might get a bite. But no one is gonna do this, i can garentee it. I wouldnt sell mine period! Let alone trade it for lame movie molds reused for characters with the wrong heads.

 

Your lucky to get a Magnus or skywarp alone each for $40-50 bucks. And the set your talking about you own is on clearance.

Yeah I know it doesn't have the same value at all. That is why I was talking about a counteroffer. Maybe wanted the set and like 25 or 30$. Some people don't sell things at their full "street" value. They sell or trade, and lose a little just so someone else have something.

 

I want the set, but not to try and sell it after and turn a profit or anything.

 

Just realized that I wanted it much too late :P

 

Plus I live in Quebec Canada so they were never on sale at all.

 

Either way, I appreciate your comment. It was a little harsh but what can you do. People on boards have opinions and it's cool.

Welcome to the boards! I actually thought you were this other long time member that sold me a broken (not telling me) alternator. MY BAD@!!! I was a bit harsh, but even before i noticed you were new to the boards, i threw in a more positive comment and a "lol" ...

 

I should have been more welcoming. I apoligize, i guess i just didnt feel "he" (the one i mentioned i thought you were at first) should be ripping more ppl off.

 

Still, maybe re word it to just ask for the set your looking for first & foremost, and then at the bottom say something like i have the following items i can use in the trade as "all" or "pART of" ... just a suggestion.

 

I will trade for a complete set of Family Guy toys! PM me if you have them/want to do that trade. ;) (I probably would shoot myself if Hasbro never re-released a Skywarp dlx) :D
