stick a small piece of paper between the loose part but to do that you'd have to take off the head

1.pop off the head 2.add a little super glue to the hole where the joint goes. 3. wait until its dry to add the head,

 

if that doesnt work i dont know what else to do

it's his neck joint, I've tried everything but his head just flops, it breaks my heart cause he's my favorite transformer, I bought him for $60 buckaroos and I've played with him ever since, and now his head is so loose it hurts to even move him

nail varnish works well

Yup, a layer of clear nail polish will help to enlarge a balljoint to make any joint fit better, it's like applying a thin extra layer of plastic over it.
