Hey guys,

At a store in London (UK) I picked up a MISB BT-07 #1 Smokescreen GT which has all the inserts in the right place (i.e. display stand etc), except for the car and its surrounding bubble which are facing the wrong way. Hood is on the right instead of the left.

Totally MISB, I asked the seller in Orbital Comic shop (London, UK) if there was any chance at all it had been tampered with and Damien said that they get them straight from Tokyo (I saw all the Takara shipping boxes, and trust me they had looooads) and no one in the store is allowed to open toys anyway.

Genuine packaging variant it seems.

Has anyone else seen anything like this so far in the Binaltech line? How rare is such an occurence for Binaltechs?

Here are a few quick pics:

All the best

First time ive ever seen that personally.

I own both versions of bt07 and both of them came packaged in the regular way with the hood facing the other direction and the twisties not visible in the window like yours was because it was backwards. Altogether ive seen about a dozen of the bt07s because my friend owns a toy store and he always lets me choose my figures before he puts em on the shelves, and i cant recall any of them being packaged like you got yours. I cant really say its worth anymore because of a packaging glitch but its an intresting incident nonetheless heh.

that is weird the ones ove seen have all faced left
