I figure he has 6 Modes. Space Shuttle, Ground Cruiser, Lynx, Eagle, Dragon (original Sky Lynx bot mode), and Robot. (UPDATED)

Based off RiD Megatron, I take it? Hmm... with the exception of the flight mode nose hanging down the front instead of the back of the figure.

 

And either there's a minor difference in the jointing attaching the wingpack, or the ground mode is going to look mighty odd... unless it's reversed. Which would avoid the issue of having a space shuttle nose sticking out of the front.
