yep, pop it off, it comes of very easily but dont lose it, its vital for structural integrity in car mode

I was thinking something more along the lines of a Sideswipe-style modification. His rear trunk piece can be modified to rest more on his shoulders and not stick out so much from his back. Can Grimlock's undercarriage be modified so it's not sticking out of his butt?

unfortunatly not, its just to long and the connector only allows it to move in a arc, its to big to fold upwards under the roof/windscreen. It is just to big to do anything with, the only suggestion I have for a mod is to pop it off and add some form of handle to use it as a sheild in robot mode, will add some pics to this post tomorrow when I get some batteries for the cam ;)
