They should change the name since there already is a Soundwave in Universe. I never liked that they named that toy Soundwave.

Robot head trapped in a Bat's Mouth...oh for pity's sake why?!!

Not mainline transformers.

They were supposed to be freaks, called Mutants.

Its part of they story, their character.

 

Its what makes them, something unique, and in my view, a very interesting twist.

Oh and yeah, they have playability alright.

 

and that robot mode thats barely visable? thats the point of the thing. they are trapped.

its their legacy, their quest, to either find rest, or freedom.

 

added to the interesting story, all of these 4 guys, compensating for their bot-mode being gone, have developed insanely strong powers and abilities...

Making them, (weather you like them or not), some of the most powerful transformers.

I never saw them where I lived back then, but once...so I never bought any of them...had no clue to their storyline.

 

And Also...that was just a joke...I like the Multiple Beast Mode and missing Robot Mode...

 

I think the Bat-Mouth Head is a bit too weird however...
