This is the Fenomen Stratos, apparently a retromodern version of Wheeljack's original Lancia Stratos. I'm not much of a gearhead, but I noticed that the split windshield matches the one on Animated Wheeljack's. And with the paint job, it's possible this is what his alt mode will look like. Any guesses?
