I wanted to ask folks on here a question. As I know some of you work retail and such. My Question is this: How does hasbro know what item is popular and such Tf wise? I was thinking about it and Hasbro doesn't sell directly to the consumers much. They sell to retailers. And I know retailers are required to order a certain quantity of stock. Now do stores like Walmart and Target let Hasbro know what items sell better then others? I know each item has its own bar code but does Hasbro get to see what figure actually sells? Or do they just ship out as much as they can before a case becomes unpopular? While thinking this I started thinking about the Transformers…

Why i get the feeling Takara is rushing out with the release of Galaxy Force? Superlink/Energon is not done yet, a lot of the figures haven't been released. Maybe superlink will get the GEE, AXE US treatment earlier than expected. Is Energon going to get axed next?

sorry if you all know this already, but I was watching the Episode 2: Dweller in the Depths from the TF Season 3 Part 2 / Season 4... anyone ever notice at the end of the episode when the energy sucking monster from the center of cybertron reaches the surface of cybertron near the new power core.. there is a quick shot of Optimus Prime and some other autobots attempt to fight the monster of.... now the shot only last about 3 seconds and it only his back but its obvious its OP... thats a hugh mistake... but thats what I love about the original... they just thought the kids were stupid.... we would never notice....

Has anyone heard anything about MakeToy recently or did they go under before being able to release anything? If anyone has any info it is much appreciated. I just would assume by now that their Powerglide and Seaspray would be out and Pre-orders up for the Laser Optimus upgrade and Devestator. We haven't heard a thing since they put out more pics for the Laser Upgrade over 2 months ago. I also know a lot of people aren't buying the TFC Devestator either because they are holding out for MakeToy's version. So if anyone has the inside scoop please let us know. Also sorry if post is all incoherent as I've been up for 20hrs.

Anyone heard any news of the Animated Thundercracker and Blackout releases stateside? At this rate, it looks like the Japanese versions will be released before we get them here. Also, what's going on with the Season 3 DVD release? Man, I don't think there's ever been a TF series handled so poorly, stateside that is...any answers would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.
