Upgrades

Gents, Very stoked to be posting here. I have been watching and reading this forum for months. I started collecting movie toys for my son, then saw what you guys were doing with customizations and thought it was one of the coolest things I had ever seen. I instantly started reading about how you guys were doing them, and looking at some of the fkn AMAZING results you guys were getting, and started painting myself. It has been like 6 months of trying different paints, different methods, and reading reading reading here and a couple of other forums. to anyone that has repainted a mp seeker what did you use to put the panel lines back in the figure also sunstorm advice what color is he ive seen orange yellow gold is it as diffult as repainting an alt???

ok, so i bought the leader class ROTF Megatron, and im really unhappy that you cant bend his cannon arm at all does anyone know of a link to a simple step by step on how to modify this, ive never done any mods b4 but deffinately feel this needs doing cheers peeps

Here is my custom Shockwave from the DotM toyline. I loved this toy beforehand and I really thought that the only improvement would have been a longer hose, but after some serious dry-brushing I ended with something that was simply profound. Enjoy! Finally managed to scrounge together the time to model the helmets for the Kreon combiners though now it would appear that I have 3 more to do... Not totally happy with Superion as I think it's too wide so I may redo it. The others I'm happy with. Once I redo Superion then it's accessory parts. Those will be the hardest to do without having any toys in hand. Personally I think that the deluxe mold has some better points than the HA.The deluxe robot mode looks better because the doors aren't hanging in the back, but in contrast the HA car is better because it doesn't have the mis aligning problems of the deluxe.I used a real car paint, which it has a pearl effect, but the pearl effect is dificult to catch on camera.View the Custom Gallery Here
