Upgrades

I've been pondering the feasibility of taking a model kit of a Su-27 fighter and using that as a basis for an "Alt" seeker. It wouldn't be overly difficult to do it if one were to copy the transformation of a G1 seeker, but then it wouldn't be an Alt, except in jet mode I guess. My question then is, have any of yous ever designed a transformation sequence from scratch? If so, any tips?

Had this crazy Idea when I got my E.Inferno, lets get two more and recolor them like the twins off of well which ever brave series EnRyu and HyoRyu belong to. Well what do you all think, would it be right? would it look ok? hmmm, when I get them started and finished I will post some picts, so until then.

Hi everyone, Im new here... fresh to kitbashing... I had always wanted to try kitbashing on my own... but not good at it... I have a Energon Landmine... Looking at his trailer, an idea struck me... but im not too sure if it's workable... Using the trailer, and connect to the Cybertron Hotshot during alt mod. and perhaps the trailer can be modified and transforms into armour limbs and body so as to combine with Hotshot... just like the apex optimusprime from the Masterforce series... U guys think it's possible?

Well....here's my latest custom figure: Decepticon Diaclone Marlboor Wheeljack! (With alittle help from two fellow transformers fans!) I went from pictures of a real one. Found a picture of the original sticker sheet and found a girl who did a a great job in reproducing the sticker sheet from it. They are water slide decals and they are awesome! Also found a guy who custom made the blue transparent canopy, wings and new head mold! He did a great job! And I did the repainting of the figure myself! Here's the pics:

I'm a liar. I painted various parts of this guy to make it consistent. I reworked the tail so the arm would fit better and now his mace weapon also fits in. View the Custom Gallery Here

Argh. Okay, I have two Red alerts, one was one that had parts swapped with a kind of good condition but out of shape First Aid (GF Red). Anyway, I want to make a Megs damaged Red alert, but I figure the first part would be to take off the right shoulder door which was missing when he was damaged. I also may pick up a spare Scattorshot and Hot Shot and make them damaged modes as well, just for some fun. Anyway, my problem is, I have the tool to get the peg out, (forget what said tool's name is), but I can't get it out. Any suggestions.

One of these was posted not too long ago, but I figured why not post mine. I recently had a chance to hack up an MP-01 Megatron accessory gun to fit with my WST Megs. The silencer got a little uneven at the back/top. I had the drill at the wrong angle. Oh well, I'm pretty happy with it. The stock was actually much harder to fit on than the silencer. As you can see, no mods were done to the barrel. In Prime's hand. Lemme tell ya, it took a while to get him wedged in there. From another angle. Ok, so it more of an action shot and less detail...
