First up is Alternators Dead End I finished making all the windows, head lights, and tail lights on alternators dead end, dark transparent red. Now it looks just like the back of the box!! I think it looks much better this way. I hated the pink windows. This guy looked pretty sweet in alt mode already, now he looks really nice. they should have made the windows red in the first place, then I wouldn't have had to spend 3 hours making them red. took me a while, and the front windshield was a pain, since it doesn't detach from the dashboard, I had to to it a different way then the other parts. but its all good. done now!! looks great, enjoy! Oh yeah, I apologize …

Some quick questions for those of you who are experienced builders. 1.) I'm going Dremel shopping in a weeks time so I was wondering what I should be looking for in terms of quality/tools/cutting devices for this sort of thing? Recomendations would be great. 2.) In terms of Alt Trailbreaker I'm going to go with Alt Sideswipe for head/arms because there is no way Alt Hound's appendages will fit. Is there a right way or a wrong way to take him apart, as far as metal pins go? Arms/wheels. I've noticed very few screws and the rest is pins. :tdown Thanks. :thumb

**Updated 07/07/2008** Finally added pictures and formatting like I've been planning to since I wrote it at the start of the year. This tutorial is fairly long and has quite a bit of text. Don't say I didn't warn you... Digital editing is a wonderful thing, whether it be as a guide for a kitbash/repaint or just for a "hmmm... I wonder how it would look if...", however it can be quite difficult to get the hang of. This quick-start guide should give you the pointers you need to get started, then the more you practice and the more familiar you get with the controls, the better the end results will get. ** Note: I make no guarantee that after reading this…

i got bored so i did this: yeah, it's just the missile launcher off of his back, with a peg added to it a 3/16 hole later and it fits back where it goes to do this, you just take out the 8 screws that hold his back together (you don't need to take out the one in the battery door), then take the four screws directly under the missile launcher assembly and the one screw a little farther down out, do not take out the one that's under the force chip slot. you will probably screw up the lights and sound, frack it no one ever uses that stuff anyway. cut the wires going to the missile launcher part and take out the 2 screws attaching the missile laun…

  7. Started by Satan's Camaro,

Being generally dissatisfied with the powerlinking combos for E. Prime and E. Rodimus, I came up with this. This is a quick "Rough Draft" (Pics courtesy of Remy) I have for an actual repaint/kitbash for a Rodimus Prime figure. The yellow parts would be gold on the finished version. Any suggestions?

it occured to me today that this mold is the first one that could use the ultra magnu's combined colours without affecting the alt mode too much i have envisioned a white truck that is turned to blue via a line in alt mode while having red shins instead of blue and blue arms with white hands in bot mode with a blue crest upon his hood/chest anyne up for it?

  9. I have both the Chevy SSR model and the Caddy Escalade. I plan to make the SSR into Kup and the Escalade into Ironhide but I only have one extra Alternator Silverstreak. So what do you guys think?
