  1. Concluding Transformers Animated Optimus Prime week with the now classic voyager class earth mode version. While I don't know the Legacy United mold at all, I can confirm that this older lad is still really quite terrific!
  2. Looking back this week at Animated Optimus Prime and kicking it off with the deluxe Cybertronian Mode version, whom I always still see as Orion Pax, go figure. We also show him next to, what I figure, is his best Megatron representation from the same line.
  3. Transformers Animated introduced us to one of the coolest and most fierce versions of Megatron, what with his awesome dual-rotor attack helicopter alt mode. His leader class offering was (and still is) a glorious beast, indeed!
  4. Going back to a pretty terrific voyager by way of Animated cybertronian Megatron. Yes, odd alt mode, but what a great robot and conversion!
  5. Seeing how ONE is out with a focus on Sentinel Prime, what with his blue and yellow colors, I couldn't help but think back to Animated and the elite guard's stickler with a similar color scheme but a truck mode. Checkin' out Animated Sentinel Prime!
  6. Transformers Animated voyager Bulkhead kicks us into Animated Bulkhead week. Always liked the character but haven't had much experience with the animated voyager but, wow, what a neat gem, not perfect, but a bulk load of fun...see what I did there?
  7. A legend in the Elite Guard and among the Autobots - Animated Ultra Magnus is not only a unique take on the character but his Leader Class offering is stupendous to this day!
  8. Kind of a 2-for-1 Friday with Transformers Animated Longarm...or Shockwave....or both!
  9. Last Friday, I looked at ole Animated Grimlcok, and today we kick off Swoop week with Animated again, which will lead us to 86 on Friday. That said, this spindly and tall dude is still pretty excellent, even in the modern era!
  10. As many complete their 86 Dinobots, I am leading up to looking at that Swoop with a little Dinobots excursion by way of Animated and good ole Grimlock. A dino-tastic kind of day!
  11. Taking a look at ole' Animated "Electrostatic" Soundwave (*cough* Soundblaster *cough*) and keytar Ratbat. Unfortunately, this copy of Soundwave has quite the annoying misassembly issue.
  12. After a couple weeks of technical issues, we return with a follow up from my8 last review when we look at the Transformers Animated Samurai Prowl. Last looked at the original, time to see how he is with the added armour!
  13. Looking back a bit with Transformers Animated Prowl. I skipped the Legacy version but I did get the mold via chromia, makes for quite an interesting comparison, especially for someone like me who had never experienced the original version...until now.
  14. Let's get LOUD with transformers Animated Soundwave and Laserbeak. Overall, a wildly intriguing release that gave Soundwave a vehicular alt mode that would be revisited in similar forms in the years since and a rockin' electric guitar Laserbeak that actually works quite well. Them Soundwave shoulders though...yeesh!
  15. Transformers Legacy United Voyager Animated Universe Optimus Prime Figure. Comes with one axe weapon with expandable handle.
  16. Something a little different this Friday as we look back at the Transformers Animated Happy Meal set (minus Lugnut whom we looked at previously. THAT review is linked as a card). The set includes Optimus, Bee, Ratchet, Megatron and Starscream!
  17. Tonight on GotBot Goes Live, we reacted to Legacy United Animated Optimus and Bumblebee on the eve of Pulsecon. Plus, we cover a minor Pulsecon rumor, and news for Uniqx Square and YOLOPARK. We topped things off with trivia and this week's unboxing!
  18. A little Transformers Animated love with four legends class (Optimus, Bumblebee, Prowl and Starscream)...but not sure if they are from two different 3-packs or simply the Universe 2008 line. Either way, a little Wednesday fun!
  19. Tonight on GotBot Goes Live, we updated Haslab Victory Saber and Deathsaurus. We touched on several items related to Rise of the beasts, as well as, Transformers: Rise. We covered some third party notes and briefly address a possible Generations Medix. Finally, we did this week's unboxing!
  20. Time got away from me yesterday but "Friday"'s video was Transformers Animated Blitzwing and, funny enough, I feel like the way I feel about this guy is likely to be how my thoughts would fall for Legacy Blitzwing. Like, I am feeling potential parallels, at least for me.
  21. A super speed blast from the past with Animated Blurr!
  22. I think Transformers Animated is so underrated, and so are the toys. Here is the Leader Class Ultra Magnus, who comes with a hammer and has lights and signs and a bunch of hidden weapons. Hasbro doesn't like to do electronics anymore so this is a gem. Not the easiest and smoothest to transform, but still a pretty cool action figure. Enjoy...
