By now we all know that there were two KO's for ole 86 Optimus Prime. One, came with all the bells and whistles, but the other, by AS Toys, was a more straightforward cab with little to no changes to design. BUT, not to be outdone, they now also offer their own version of an upgrade kit, which, I'm pretty sure, also borrows from DNA Design.

And, we finally have the finale of the Studio Series 86 Constructicons with all the transformations and combination of Devastator, along with a combiner wars comparison. Already knew they were a dandy set of Constructicons, time to see how the towering combined mode stands up!

And so finally we round out the entire Studio Series 86 Constructicons with Scavenger, whom we compare to the CW version AND show alongside the whole team in both modes. FYI, Devastator combined will be the finale on Friday!

As i said Tuesday, I believe each Studio Series 86 Constructicon deserves their limelight and comparison to their Combiner Wars counterpart (with Perfect Effect Set). We looked at Long haul, now Hook's turn is here! -
As I feel it is only fair to give all six of the Studio Series 86 Constructicons their time to shine and be compared to their Combiner Wars counterparts, we will split the commander class duo and start with Long haul first!

Folks have been hard on ole Bonecrusher, but he is surprisingly impressive from the stance of deluxe value. Some have noted a QC issue but it wasn't anything I (or anyone I know who has him) have experienced. Anyway, here is 2 of 6!

This time we look at the Transformers Studio Series Scrapper, and compare him to the Combiner Wars version, with the Perfect Effect upgrade kit, this makes the CW Scrapper much closer to the Unite Warriors counterpart. Both are excellent Scrapper, but what a wild comparison!
