Happy Thanksgiving! I was able to knockout a new Toyhax video before we head out to visit family. -
The time has come to look at the Transformers Studio Series '86 Ultra Magnus, dig deep and compare this big boy to not only the Earthrise but the Combiner Wars too, with the KBB KO of the Perfect Effect Core Fighter and X2Toys xt009 upgrades! This will be a beefy review!

While Wheeljack is m'boi, I was super stoked for Shattered Glass Slicer (and Exo-suit). Then the plot thickened with an SG Decepticon logo. While a mirror of each other the name game is more complex. It seems that they are two distinct characters. Also, I think these mold uses might be the best of these yet.

Totally jacked to look at the Transformers Shattered Glass Ultra Magnus. While this is a highly stylized body for the intended character, it is also a chance to discuss who SG Magnus is, as well as, Delta Magnus and magna Convoy. Additionally, this is my first time looking at the Earthrise version of this mold.

Something different today as I look at the complete IDW Transformers Shattered Glass story, issues 1 through 5. I have never been a fan of Transformers in comics (Despite loving comics and collecting them for many years) and I have not at all been any fan of IDW. BUT, I felt that as they are losing the license and I had this whole story, beginning to end AND since I love Shattered Glass, I owed it to myself to check this out. There is some good, bad and definitely ugly here. Spoilers herein too!

Unexpectedly found Transformers Shattered Glass Starscream at retail. The packaging pops on a shelf! I know this is another Siege mold reuse, but I also think it makes the most sense for Shattered Glass and might even be my favorite use and most functional. One gripe? There is a white mismatch, blessing or a curse depending on your stance! Shattered Glass Jetfire Commander Class figure. Comes with eight weapons, one chest armor, one battle mask, and 6 blast effects. Has changeable Autobot / Decepticon symbol. Pretty cool figure! Never got the chance to get the original so I jumped at the chance to get this guy from Hasbro pulse. Enjoy...
