  1. Hello and welcome to a Bert the Stormtrooper Reviews! Today we're looking at the Magic Square MS B04 Transporter (Legends Class ULTRA MAGNUS)!
  2. Totally jacked to look at the Transformers Shattered Glass Ultra Magnus. While this is a highly stylized body for the intended character, it is also a chance to discuss who SG Magnus is, as well as, Delta Magnus and magna Convoy. Additionally, this is my first time looking at the Earthrise version of this mold.
  3. I'm not sure if this Ultra Magnus wants to fight the Decepticons or He-Man.
  4. Newage TOYS H27W (Ultra Magnus) Conquest & H28 Octavian Review, Larkin's Lair
  5. I finally had time to deal with this now and Review 1986's G1 Ultra Magnus.
  6. I think Transformers Animated is so underrated, and so are the toys. Here is the Leader Class Ultra Magnus, who comes with a hammer and has lights and signs and a bunch of hidden weapons. Hasbro doesn't like to do electronics anymore so this is a gem. Not the easiest and smoothest to transform, but still a pretty cool action figure. Enjoy...
  7. Hello and welcome to a Bert the Stormtrooper Reviews! Today we're taking a look at the Transformers Generation 1 G1 ULTRA MAGNUS!
  8. Can you deal with this now? My Review and Comparison of Kingdom & Siege Ultra Magnus.
  9. Today a long journey ends for my personal ideal Ultra Magnus for my collection. It won't be for everyone, but I run down the stock Combiner Wars Ultra Magnus next to mine with the PC-17 set and, the focus of this review, the x2 Toys XT009 (Note: While I respect those who prefer the Siege or the upcoming Kingdom, neither of those hit the mark for me and my collecting sensibilities)
  10. This time on GotBot Goes Live, we recap the last episode of Universal Collision, talk about the colors of Nemesis Prime, dive in the Shattered Glass 2 pack and Newage Ultra magnus news. We talk Studio Series Devastator, Runamuck/Runabout and the rumors Ark. Finally, we do a big unboxing!
  11. Which is you favorite version of Magnus? Combiner Wars or Siege?
  12. Finally, in part 3 of our short series we look at the Transformers RiD 2001 Omega Prime! While that series had many memorable characters, perhaps none quite rival the combiner mode presence of the embittered brothers Optimus Prime and Ultra Magnus! Sure, he looks awe-inspiring, but how well does he function?
  13. Transformers War For Cybertron Netflix Original Series Spoiler Box Sighting at Walmart. Comes with Leader Class Ultra Magnus and BattleMasters Rung.
  14. My review of Planet X APOLLO. Their take on a Fall of Cybertron Ultra Magnus
  15. Here's my video review of the CW Ultra Magnus. Great figure by Hasbro this time, and one of my favs in the line so far!
  16. It's the first week of April, so time for my quarterly collection update vid! Had all sorts come in over the past 3 months, with MP and CW Transformers, 1/6th scale figures from Hot Toys and Sideshow, and the odd smaller scale figure and statue too. Hope you can check out the update, subscribe, like, and stay tuned for all the upcoming reviews in Quarter 2 :)
  17. Pictures from my review of KFC E.A.V.I Metal Citizen Stack. Full review can be found below Full Review http://blackplasticlife.blogspot.com/2014/05/kfc-eavi-metal-citizen-stack-1st-issue.html
  18. I've gotten the prototypes in and fixed whatever issues I found with them so wave 1 of my MiniBots line is now available on Shapeways: https://www.shapeways.com/model/1652341/minibot-wave-1.html Wave 1 consists of the following figures: Load Bearer https://www.shapeways.com/model/1483339/minibot-load-bearer.html Load Bearer has a tendency to get lost in the details of things and can get quite compulsive when it comes to following the letter of a law. Rarely spotted outside of his Magnum armor, few even realize that this diminutive bot exists! Load Bearer stands at about 2 1/4 inches tall (57mm) and has a 3mm grip to hold most weapons designed for smaller hands. Many of his parts are designed to be compatible with Hasbro's Kreon line of building toys, though he does not retain any ability to actually attach to any building bricks. Full assembly instructions for this figure can be found here, on our Facebook page. You can also click here to check out the figure in 3D. Load Bearer with Magnum Armor https://www.shapeways.com/model/1581409/minibot-loadbearer-with-magnum-armor.html The Magnum armor set attaches to the Load Bearer minifigure creating an all new, much larger figure. The joints for the minifigure as well as the larger figure are intentionally quite tight. If you have trouble getting them together some light sanding should help. Also make certain that you remove ALL excess support material using a thin sharp instrument such as a pin or needle. More detailed assembly instructions are available here: page 1 and page 2. You can also view the assembled figure in 3D by clicking here. Uber Magnum (stand alone figure) https://www.shapeways.com/model/1606015/minibot-uber-magnum.html Uber Magnum has a tendency to get lost in the details of things and can get quite compulsive when it comes to following the letter of a law and views most of his ship mates as trouble makers. There are other times when he just can't deal with things right now. Uber Magnum stands at about 4 1/2 inches tall (57mm) and has a 3mm grip to hold most weapons for smaller hands The joints for the figure are intentionally quite tight. If you have trouble getting them together some light sanding should help. Also make certain that you remove ALL excess support material using a thin sharp instrument such as a pin or needle. More detailed assembly instructions are coming soon. Disposal https://www.shapeways.com/model/1630055/minibot-disposal.html Disposal is a bit nieve and tends to lie a bit about his past in hopes of fitting in with his friends. Sometimes it feels as though he just slept through the last several million years. Disposal stands at about 2 1/4 inches tall (57mm) and has a 3mm grip to hold most weapons designed for smaller hands. Many of his parts are designed to be compatible with Hasbro's Kreon line of building toys, though he does not retain any ability to actually attach to any building bricks. You can also click here to check out the figure in 3D. Explorer https://www.shapeways.com/model/1661897/minibot-explorer.html Explorer is full of energy and having a great time checking out the universe with his crew mates on board the Wandering Beacon starship. Bad luck seems to follow him but he doesn't let it get him down and always tries to keep a positive outlook on things. Explorer stands at about 2 1/4 inches tall (57mm) and has a 3mm grip to hold most weapons designed for smaller hands. Many of his parts are designed to be compatible with Hasbro's Kreon line of building toys, though he does not retain any ability to actually attach to any building bricks. You can also click here to check out the figure in 3D. https://scontent-b.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-prn1/t31/1524289_724429797590707_371489617_o.jpg Bartender https://www.shapeways.com/model/1671797/minibot-bartender.html It's often been said that if you want every bot on the Wandering Beacon starship to know something then tell Bartender it's a secret. He means well and he's always so full of energy but he's definitely one of those "small doses" sort of bots. Bartender stands at about 2 1/4 inches tall (57mm) and has a 3mm grip to hold most weapons designed for smaller hands. Many of his parts are designed to be compatible with Hasbro's Kreon line of building toys, though he does not retain any ability to actually attach to any building bricks.
