  1. Hey man, where did you get Encore Sky Lynx from? Was it a stateside seller or did you have to get it from overseas? Just curious. Thanks.
  2. Finally broke down and got it. Not sure if I'll see many more of them, and this one has a nice box on it. I'm only getting the characters which appeared in the movie, and only in the movie role, for example, no leader class Brawl, only Deluxe class. Just need Ratchet and Ironhide now. I've had the worst luck finding Voyager size figs ever since moving to northern VA.
  3. No, I haven't. I'm not a very technical person. But I have been working on a G1 Shockwave, that's actually coming along pretty well, so I think I might try the door on my other Blaster next. It looks like a pretty basic spring set-up on the inside. I bought the new Blaster for the box and the bubble, but now I have an extra fig to swap parts around if I'm feeling adventurous. :tfgrin
  4. Thanks! The coolest thing about that Blaster is that his door works flawlessly. I've had several Blasters over the years, but none had a functioning door, much less one that doesn't need any help to open. Just push the button and it pops right open. It's just too bad he's missing one of his "ears" on his head.
  5. A couple of nice G1 pieces for me today. Blaster comes with his bubble too, which is pretty sweet.
  6. Picked up a '74 Bumblebee to keep sealed at Target today. They also had a Leader Prime sitting on the shelf. Haven't seen Prime on the shelf in months!
  7. Good god, were you the only one playing? :-) Oh, and got Unleashed Bumblebee on clearance for $9.98 at Target today.
  8. Picked up movie Bumblebee and Wreckage at Target today. They were on sale, too. Deluxe figures were marked down from $9.99 to $7.99, and Leader Prime was down to $40.49, I think. Coudn't locate Megatron though. Voyagers were down from $19.99 to $17.99. They also had the exclusive Robovision Prime down to $19.99 (too bad I bought one on Saturday at full price.) Most of the TF movie stuff was on sale. The only things I noticed that weren't were the small Target Exclusives (Arcee, Signal Flare, and Hardtop, I think that's what he was called.) Prices were good through this Saturday. So I was able to get two Deluxe figures for under $17, when they normally would have been over $20. Not such a bad deal, I thought. Anyway, hope this info may prove useful to others on here. Also, this is non-TF, but I saw some new-looking Star Wars figs there. They said Saga collection on them, and were on the vintage cards (similar to a line a couple years ago, I believe). Anyway, I was wondering what the deal was on those. Are they part of the 30th anniversary stuff, and how many of them will there be? They looked very very cool, but at 12 bones each, seemed a little pricey. Thanks in advance for any info you can share. Later!
  9. Found 2 Classics Jetfires at Target yesterday! Just sitting right there on the shelf. I'd been to stores all around my area with no luck, so it was a pleasant surprise to see them both sitting there in beautiful, case-fresh boxes. Getting things off Ebay is cool, but there's just something about seeing what you're looking for sitting right there in the store for the taking. It felt just like when I found the Optimus Prime Reissues at Toys R Us when they came out. F yeah! :thumb
  10. I picked up the Classics Starscream and Hot Rod today. I wish to hell my Target would restock their shelves and get the Magnus/Skywarp combo in. :tfsad
  11. Hey everybody, long-time reader, but just registered today. I just had to find people that would share my excitement at getting my TRU Soundwave and Classics Ramjet. I thought I'd be ok with just one Soundwave, but I really think I'm going to have to get at least one more! Anyway, looking forward to talking Transformers with everyone!
