There are tons of people who buy duplicates. Why don't you yell at us to? Myself included, ErikB, Lio Kaiser (Allspark) and his brother, among MANY others. That's just the nature of the hobby. Don't think him buying 3 Ravages means you can't possibly get your hands on ONE of the other 500,000 that exist in the world.
That and TF2 isn't even in your area, so you shouldn't have to worry about it.
But YOU are...seen any new Alts lately? LOLZ
But if its any consolation most of the doubles and my opened ones(not pictured) were brought off ebay..... where the pooooorr lil kids dont have access to.
My NE2 was up at Verizon the other day...got a LG EnV Vx9900.

a fully boxed alt collection does look pretty. but i couldnt stand leaving them inside.

Very Wrong, I collect these for my collection for these reasons:
MISB / Robot Mode / Vehicle Mode / Combined Mode <--if there is one.
My own money went into these things and if you think I am a hoarder, that's your opinion, but I am happy regardless.
If you get upset when you can't get something, It's called "Disappointment". Let me do what I wish to do, Cool?

was i? i dont think so. no one needs that many duplicates of one figure. heres what i pictured in my head:
any walmart i ever went to never had more than three of one kind of alt at a time, which leads me to beleive you saw those 6 alts all fresh and out of the case at the same time, and just scooped them all up. not thinking if any other fan would want one, or god forbid a child. lets just say you wouldnt want to run into me going up to a till with all those in your arms.
and if i ever did something like buy three of one (exclusive and sought after) figure i would not post a picture of it in two different threads. id keep it to myself and be ashamed.
also i didnt say scalper either. i know you dont sell anything. s'why i chose the word hoarder.
flame me if you want, it wont change my opinion and i wont respond because this doesnt need to go further than this. this was just me explaining my initial post.

It's at a local import store, so I don't need to have it shipped. I'm lucky. I RARELY have to buy good Transformers online. This store over here will even go out of their way to find me stuff if they don't have it in stock.
@Maximo Prime - I can definitely post some pictures of Prime if you want. He's not too special. He's sort of a mix between Cybertron and Energon prime, but with a very slight paint mod (two planatery logos). He has a key to make him double punch. I'll bring him home from work tonight to take some photos. By the way, which Squawktalk/Beastbox did you get?

Why so many Devastators?

Got these yesterday, but didn't have time to post it up...
- 1/100 MG Strike Freedom Gundam [MISB, from Ages 3 and Up]
- Revoltech Convoy [MISB, from Ages 3 and Up]
Finally have the last of my Freedom Gundam models. :D Yes yes, as I keep saying, I'm a Freedom Gundam whore.
And I finally have Revoltech Convoy. I find him so much nicer looking that Magnus, mainly because he actually looks like a completed product (Magnus looks too much like an unpainted Prime prototype)...
You're going to need to give me some pics of him next to the MG Freedom.
