Nitro Bumblebee! Really awesome mold, but needs a few hours of paint. face has bad airbrushing and the arms/feet need the yellow trim.

I'm back from Atlanta, I brought Bagels!!!! seriously, went to HasbroToyShop while waiting for next foot to drop moving my sister and brother-in-law, ordered Generations WheelJack and Thundercracker!

Its not a bot, but it helps. Finally I found a decent task lamp for my work bench, with a magnifier! Quality of the lens compensating for the quality of a DROID Camera! This is what a few hours (drying/touch up time with Enamel) to DOTM Prime's face looks like!

I found DoTM Thundercracker! but still no Generations...

Sitting at Wal Mart for 30 minutes while waiting for a prescription to be filled, I picked up the last Human Alliance Jazz. AM I EVER GOING TO FIND WARPATH WHEELJACK AND THUNDERCRACKER!??! :grr

Went looking for Warpath, Thundercracker, and Wheeljack (Again....) but walked away instead with DOTM Sideswipe and Jolt!

Day 2: Megatron, Skyhammer and Shockwave!

Well since yesterday was a bust... went into town today and scored DOTM Deluxe Bumblebee and Voyager Optimus Prime! before I even try transforming him, I'm doing the extra detailing. I just spent the past hour or so painting in around his eyes and face, and some extra silver touch-ups on the rest of his body. See if you can tell the differences in the pic.

Bot Hunts are empty handed, but.... 12" Bandai Creations "Final Wars" Godzilla.. when Asked about "why'd you get it..." all I had to say was "I just wanted it..."

Went to pre-order Crysis 2 for PC, got an email from BBTS that my 1/48 scale Arbalest from Full Metal Panic finally arrived, and is now shipped! I am so stacked with models now!

AH HAA!! Finally found Jazz. and while I was out, I picked up Battle-Blades Optimus. So taking these two behind the work bench and a paint brush. Jazz has a new painted grill and Optimus' trailer hitch is now black. Next I give him his face!

Loose head Kups are a universal problem like Cosmic Rust aren't they? Mine was loose from day one too.

Facepalm'd. Didn't realize you built that one already. Nice job btw. I didn't bother with the Ver-ka markings on mine. Just going with a clean look for when I decide to jump on the Wing version Ka bandwagon (waiting for Heavyarms before the others).

Word of warning for the Version Ka. Wing Gundam, the shield's assembly has a few annoying bits to it, fitting the dome shell piece over the main shield section and fitting those white blocks into the sides at the same time is a little tricky. The manual was a little weak on detailing this assembly step, but the shape of these blocks are odd when it comes to fitting them into place properly so the easiest way to do it was to lay them into place on the dome before connecting it all to the shield, otherwise it'll leave you prying parts into place or risk breaking the red dome. Thats what happened to me and set my completing the kit back about a month.
