  1. Well thanks for thinking of me! Anyone else in town needing it, go for it- we're all set now. Son doesn't know it but he's got Dreadwing, Shockblast, Cliffjumper and Beachcomber waiting to be stashed under the tree Christmas eve. BTW, the Target on McDermott in Allen has C1 C2 C5 A1 and A2 as of this afternoon. Still a few Supremes (both) and the usual gang.
  2. Okay- One of the local members found a Wing Saber. Thanks a million! Now, this afternoon I was at Toys r Us on Central near Parker, and they had over a dozen Optimus/Megatron FULL SIZE two packs. They are the full size ones in thie original two boxes but back to back with a carrying handle. They are selling them for 44 bucks. Not bad if you don't have either one yet. They had almost nothing else larger than the 10 dollar ones besides the two pack. I didn't see ANY of either Omea left- and there had been over two dozen there not long ago, going for 40 bucks. Also, Walmart at Cental and Spring Creek still had one E Galvatron left.
  3. Okay- Target on Beltline east of Midway had ONE Storm Jet and ONE Steam Hammer today. Figures, I see A5 the day I have zero money and won't have any until Friday. Also, WalMart on Central and Spring Creek had a single E Galvatron.
  4. Dang it, I WILL find a Wing Saber before Christmas.
  5. Walmart on Central and Spring Creek in Plano: Astonished. With NO recent new releases newer than Energon Ironhide and Downshift, etc, I find Beachcomber and he's on sale for 16 bucks. Bought him. Checked- no others out or in upper shelf storage. No combiners. Just the others I mentioned and Bulkhead, LandQuake. Everything else old. In fact, if you're missing first runs from the old waves, here's where you can find original Strongarm, Divebomb, Ravage, etc.
  6. Update- Found and bought the one and only C Steamhammer at a Super Target on Coit between 190 and Plano Parkway. There were a lot of C1 and C2 as wellas A1 and A2 figures. No A5, Dinos or Wingsaber.
  7. Well he IS only 5 and I've seen too many toys bow out early from the youthful tendency to express combat by bashing them together. He's got a zillion things to play with 24-7 so having these as constructive play (read: don't bash and break) is just a way to teach him to care for things. BTW, the Target on McDermott in Allen has more than a dozen Omega Sentinels in it, and about 3-4 Omega Supremes left. Only other new ones are Bulkhead, Land Quake, and Shockblast.
  8. Update: I've just checked the Target at 635 and Montfort, and the one at Beltline in Addison west fo Midway. Nothing new there. No Dinos, Wing Saber, or combiners. PS- I am looking for Wing Saber ostensibly because my son wants it, but also because Daddy wants it. All the Energon transformers are technically Daddy's. sicne he's only 5 and unsupervised play is a no-no. Just like my G1 stuff that I packed away years ago and put up knowing I'd get married and have kids some day. We get them out and play with them, then they're put away or back on display.
  9. I've found Sentinels at the Target CLM2.5 mentioned as well as the one North of there just off central in Allen. Have found A1 and A2, C1, C2, etc. No sign of A5 or C5. What we're REALLY trying to find is Wingsaber. My oldest boy is very much anticipating this one. The TF site said it was released in Nov, but we haven't found it yet. Anyone in the Dallas/Plano/McKinney area seen a Wingsaber?
