  1. It's not that good a camera, just put macro on, & use a desktop tripod (they are very cheap!). To get the centre less blurry, take your original picture, go to layers, and duplicate your original picture (that will put an exact copy of the picture on top, that you are editing). Add your filter, then use the eraser tool on the areas you want to un-blur - try starting with a high level of opacity, and working your way in, making the eraser stronger as you go. As you erase the areas, the original picture (unblurred) will start to show through! Easy!

This works on all other effects/filters on PSP, like the Armohide pic I posted earlier, where I put motion blur on him, and erased it from everywhere but the arms, to give him a "punching movement"

Try it out, and you'll get it down really quickly - and I want to see the results posted!

I think I'll give that a shot later on. I don't have a tripod and my camera is pretty crummy, it doesn't have a macro setting, or one that I know of anyways. But I'll still give it a try.

  2. More awesome pics beefkr10z! What filter is that called?

It's Paint shop pro's radial blur filter, on zoom setting, with a little layering & tweaking to make the centre less blurry

Yeah, about an hour ago I was fiddling with some of the filters in Photoshop and I figured out it was the radial blur but it still looked kinda blurry in the middle, I don't know how to tweak it so it looks super clear like your pics. Having a not so good camera didn't help either.

  3. beefkr10z your pics rock, super nice and clear and that editing on the SL Galvatron pic is very nice. I'm watching Superlink now and I'm probably gonna want to get the smaller version of taht mold now and your picture isn't helping me resist... I'll probably end up getting Galvatron G sometime.

  4. Saturday night haul.

All of this for $54 CDN.

OK you do realise the problem with that picture right? I mean... RID Megatron in an RID Galvatron box????

I would of never cought that :tfhuh

It's what they call loose toys.  ;)

Seller didn't have the RiD Megatron box, only the Galvatron one so just for the sake of easier transportaion I asked him to include it.

  5. Did you colour Decepticharge's barrel silver with a sharpie? I think I may steal that idea until I ever get around to ordering some new ones from Transrepro.

Also that Spiderman is awesome. At Ages Three and Up's store they have one handing from the ceiling with "webs" and it looks wicked.

  6. Now that did not come out the way I wanted it to. Need some help on this. Anybody want to show me how or direct me to where I can post an image without it looking like a thumbnail? Thanks!

First try resizing the pic. For a pic that big it's probably better that it was a thumbnail. Try Image Shack for free picture hosting.

  7. Nice Poses Man!

I hate when ppl. just transform or for non-transformers for that matter take a figure out of a box get them to stand up in any whack way that they can and just leave them to display like that.  It really takes away from what the figure can do and leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth, like when hasbro mistransforms new transformers and posts pictures of them as is... uggh *shudder*.  It might be a huge pain in the ass to get the poses you want on some guys but all in all i think it's worth it.  Nice job.

    Thanks I hate that too.

Generally I like to see TFs posed as well but when space becomes limited, sometimes the best way to go about it is to just let them stand. But there is a way to make them stand and look cool instead of leaning to one side or something.

  8. Cool stuff man. I like looking at collections where people pose their toys. I want to do a shoot of my collection now. I'll probably wait until after Christmas.

Is this why your waiting till after Christmas?

he already has Bt Skids. :P

    That's right.  :thumb

I can't have Broadblast and GF Soundwave till then. And I thought you said you were getting BTA Sunstreaker? Or are you getting both?
