Yeah, there are a few vendors that sell imported figures and other items. Finding them can either be a piece of cake or a difficult time. When I went last year, I found them lined up along the walls of the convention show room. Usually Bandai has a booth there but just to show new things off. Just check out the outer perimeter first, since those vendors are online shops around the country.
