  1. Remember MP 3 players? Remember Real Gear? Remember Booster X 10? Neither did I. Seriously though, a neat little lad, better than I expected!
  2. As voted on by fans and thanks to our buddy Raz for the topic, here are the results for the overall top 10 best third party transformers companies. According to voters, these give the best bang for your buck!
  3. Following from Tuesday's wacky odds and ends review, this is part 2 of that, just to clear out clutter of items not needing their own reviews. This time we include stickers, kreons, a Kreo Optimus Prime, a KO sharkbot thing and even a little dash of G.I. Joe!
  4. Tonight on GotBot Goes Live, we talked Shockwave, Grimlokc and Sandstorm. Plus, we delved into Newage, threezero and Iron Factory. But, the real story was in two long-awaited listings!
  5. This set of mini reviews that I like to call odds and ends covers a few quirky pieces of Transformers releases, KO's and merch that probably doesn't deserve its own review but makes for a fun little hodge-podge to explore together!
  6. Big hype, big reward? Not always. A voted on by fans, here are the top 10 overhyped Transformers releases that underdelivered!
  7. So, here's something I don't understand why it exists, but here we are. It's the Super 7 ReAction Gun Robo P-38, an homage to the microchange all black version of he who would become Megatron. In this case, it is the Megatron mold in robot mode, but black, with brown and blue highlights. Never ever looked at ReAction before...it's...a thing.
  8. Tonight on GotBot Goes Live, we talked about Chromia and Shard, plus Newage, YOLOPARK and Iron Factory. Plus, we delves into, of course, Haslab Omega Prime!
  9. The latest reuse/remold of the Transformers Studio Series Junkion motorcycle mold is Scrapheap. His transformation is a little different but the real story is the remolded chest. On my copy, it is almost an impossible bear to navigate. That said, once managed, both modes look terrific and the joints are tight.
  10. One of the more popular classes of Transformers for collectors has become the legends/core scale. Over the years, both official and third party, there have been several characters that fit this size class. As voted by fans, here are the top 10!
  11. It's time for the big-mouth bike bot known as Transformers Studio Series The Last Knight Mohawk, with comparisons to the Dr. Wu Mozart!
  12. Tonight on GotBot Goes Live, we talked listings and leaks for many lines, Seed pictures, Famer Sideswipe, Sunstreaker and much more. For third party, we ranged from YOLOPARK to Mecha Invasion Devastator! Finally, we did this week's trivia and unboxing!
  13. It's finally time to look at EVERYTHING Haslab Deathsaurus - compared to my custom combiner version of him, FansProject Dinoking and Victory Saber, micromasters, chest minions, accessories, throne and the whole kitchen sink! I also finally get to answer was he worth it? The answer surprised me!
  14. This week, following from last week's hardest to transform Transformers, fans votes on smoothest/most enjoyable transformations! These are the results!
  15. Today I look at the Transformers Legacy United captain of the Tidal Wave and leader of the villainous pirate clan known as the Star Seekers, Thundertron himself!!
  16. Tonight on GotBot Goes Live, we talked several Transformers reveals from Legacy United, Studio Series Bumblebee Movie, MP and maybe MPM. Plus, notes for Dr. Wu, Pangu Toys huge Optimus Prime and more. FInally, trivia and a long overdue unboxing!
  17. Taking a look at the Transformers Beast Wars Scorponok reissue alongside my heavily customized original versions. Old or new, they both make the Kingdom mold obsolete!
  18. This week fans voted on the hardest to convert Transformers, one of the most requested topics, and it included any line, any era, official and third party. It was very wide open and TONS of voters chimed in. Some many molds for a mere ten spot. Here are the voted results.
  19. Transformers Legacy United keeps the creativity up with the rockin' and rollin' trike made of lava and stone named Bouldercrash! At first, I was put off by the post on the back and worried about it's effects. BUT...as it turns out, it's not obtrusive at all and serves a neat accessory storage function. He's actually really grown on me!
  20. Tonight on GotBot Goes Live, we talked Transformers: ONE and listings, Magmatron and various model kits. Plus, we addressed Hatchet and Hound. We played a round of trivia and did this week's unboxing!
  21. As a big fan of Beast Wars, it's refreshing to see a little love for Beast Wars 2, not only with the Lio Convoy in evolution but now the very interesting Tasmania Kid in Transformers Legacy United! Some call him Snarl, as well. Take your pick for this core class who is a true blue legends scaled offering in every sense of the word!
  22. After the fan-voted picks a couple weeks ago, this is finally my personal top 10 list for weakest Transformers releases of 2023 (heck of a hard list to amass in a year this strong). Had to be from 2023 and had to be in my personal collection.
  23. Transformers Legacy United Magneous is a departure to the bots we know and love, but, man, he is magnificent!
  24. Tonight on GotBot Goes Live, we talked about everything from Fans Hobbys, Iron Factory and Cang Toys, to G1 rubber tires, Rescue Bots and Starscreams. Plus we played a round of trivia and did this week's unboxing!
  25. I wasn't sure if I wanted Transformers Legacy United Rescue Bots Chase, but after a couple of conversations where folks saw a Lockdown in this mold, I wanted to check it out. Love the look, love the leg transformation, but them shoulders...are...not great.
