I need a good metallic silver paint that can be brushed on for small details. Does anyone have any suggestions? I need a paint that won't run like water and will cover with just a couple of coats. I actually have some testors silver acryllic, but it's just too thin and doesn't cover well. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Picked up an alt Prime, and a Ramjet from TRU today. I was looking for Grimlock, but guess what? Scalp'd again. He was the only one missing from the case. Grrr....I really want grim.

Holy effin' ess Batman! It's here, Starscream is here. Too bad I've got a few things to do before I sit down with all his Masterpiece glory.
Well, I just sat down and tf'd Screamer. And until today I was skeptical about how fragile the plastic was, but I was carefull anyways and I already have stress cracks and breaks around the wings. Anyone have any experience as to what is a good super glue for repairs? Any insight would be appreciated.

Classics Rodimus, I think I shoulda grabbed the Astrotrain instead. Rodimus feels kinda rubbery at some of the joints.

Are they ever going to reissue Scourge or Cyclonus?
Probably not, but who knows what taktom has under their belt. They could surprise us. Rumor has it that g1 scourge will be the scourge rumored in the 6" transforming titanium line. Here's hoping, I want a few for the sweeps.

Shajaki, sorry dude, you have him tf'ed wrong. If you tilt his head platform back and look in the hole, you will see two tabs that correspond to the two notches in the head plate. That head platform needs to be dpressed into that space. Honest.

in my defense, i dont ever use instructions. and every pic ive ever seen of him he looks like that.
You tell 'em. Instructions are for slow kids anyways. I'd throw mine away if I weren't so worried about keeping it complete.

Went to my tru here in Tallahassee today. I picked up the last soundwave, first one I've seen here. There was one scattorshot left and I think one nemesis breaker. Also, there were four alt ravages on sale for $15 and five shockwaves for $15. There were only two bubble tracks and one sunstreaker, so hopefully the rico rollbar and op wave will be hitting there in the next couple of shipments. Oh, and they have the ds lite too if anyone is interested.

I got me cyb soundwave today! Last one at tru. And as for the wrong tfmation of him, if you look behind his head at the little hinge. Pull the head and square back up, push the square on the hinge down so you get a little L, and then push it down below his shoulders. The sharp points on his head might hurt your fingers, but it's a small price to pay. I can't help but play with mine right now.

i don't have pics, but for my b'day my roommates got me a reissue sideswipe. for some reason we saw 'em at a kaybee in daytona. they had like six sitting on the shelf for 14.99 each. i told them if they're looking for something that would be cool "hint hint." that was a week ago, and fast forward to my birthday i got sideswipe. they were really sneaky about it too as i couldn't tell that they had gotten me anything. oh, and i got myself ths 02 convoy which should be here monday or tuesday. hopefully monday. i paid enough shipping. :clap

cybertron optimus prime. i'm impressed with this one. and i hate to say it, but this is one american figure i actually like the box art over the japanese version. plenty o detail, and plenty o plastic for forty bucks.

The comic you got with Megs and the Predacons on the cover is the 20th anniversary summer special from '04. It has a few different short stories from different timelines/continuities. The one depicted on the cover is the story of how Megatron tamed the Predacons and therefore convinced them to join him and the decepticons. In other words, he kicked their arse and won their respect.
