  1. This is the Prime universe remember, only five wreckers have been revealed and only four by name, and two are dead.

Also how do you think they would find out a random bountyhunter is killing them off? They'd think it was a decepticon and being a group of muscle heads would take their frustration out on said decepticons, and one by one they would be picked off.

You need to get your facts straight,

You need to grasp the fact that the wreckers so far in Prime are a disjointed group of autobots that are down to maybe three members if that, and only two are seen alive.

You also need to realize that with Prime being far more mature then Animated that Lockdown would be far more "mature" in character. Hell Airachnia kills things and bottles their heads. Just imagine Lockdown in a chamber of horrors style operating room with "upgrades" hanging on meat hooks from the ceiling. You might not like how his character was protrayed in Animated, but this isn't Animated, this is Prime, and for the first time in a while the TFormers have taken off the kid gloves. Cases in point...

Cliffjumper has his spark ripped out leaving "blood"on his body and Starscream's talons...

Said dead bot is brought to life as a zombie, has his face blown off, and gets cut in half...

Airachnia's hobby and collection, don't forget she gets a hunter in her first ep too, so she kills innocent bystanders too...

Breakdown has his eye removed by M.e.c.h...

    Breakdown is killed by m.e.c.h...

Raf.. Ref whatever his name is is nearly killed by being electrocuted...

That's just season 1, thats not counting silas killing his men, ratchet taking drugs, etc.etc.etc.

So yeah they could do a lot more with lockdown in Prime.

I will give you this, "IF" the wreckers "IN" Prime had more members and "IF" they could figure out who was killing them off, then maybe Lockdown would be one of their targets, but the Prime Wreckers had maybe five members, two are dead, and one (ultra magnus) has yet to be seen in the cartoon. So by all likely hood. Jackie being a loner would be in deep sharkticon crap. Bulkhead would actually have better luck surviving since he rarely is alone, but lets look at the facts, with the abilities he is known to have, Jackie and Bulkster would be toast.

Now Magnus on the other hand would whoop him good, first taking out his ship with a ground to air missile, force him in a corner with machine gun fire and rocket bombardment, and knock him out of cloaking by mearly ground hammering near him with his fave weapon, but I doubt he'd kill him, he'd most likely hire him.

  2. so your saying that in the middle of a war, the wreckers would stop attacking deathcamps, prisons, and etc. To hunt down a serial killer that goes after decepticons as well as autobots, mind you one that can knockout the power of their ships, turn invisible, and rebuild his own body from a very large stockpile of "parts" available? And as it stands the Wreckers were made up of Bulkhead, wheeljack, ultramagnus, and seaspray which died in prime? Not to mention bulkhead mentioned another death. So I'm guessing WheelJack would hunt him in the JackHammer, easily stalled out with an emp blast, then he'd draw his swords and find nothing to attack while a cloaked Lockie arms Jack's own grenades destroying the JackHammer, wheeljack if not hurt by the blast would most likely take it out on Lockdowns ship, and while Jackie vents a second emp knocks him out, he then wakes to find himself stripped of weapons and tied up on the operating table as, of course Lockdown wants him to be awake while any "upgrades" are cut from his body, a then nuetered Jackie is sold off cheap to Megatron and Lockdown mounts his new swords and plays with his brand new retractable face plate.

And starscream picks through the JackHammer's rubble for scraps.

  3. I like the kids, but they don't have to be in every episode. I'm guessing that bulk and arcee are more focused on home then anything else right now. I am very afraid though that prime is turning into "cybertron" 2.0

  4. Animated ratchet was a soldier, prime ratchet is a set piece. Lockdown is a best example of what a decepticon version of a wrecker would be. You may not want to see the truth, but Wheeljack is no match for a character trained in martial arts, has a cloaking device, and a emp weapon that can stop Jackie literally dead. Lets not forget that Lockdown also has a stockpile of "upgrades" ranging from chainsaws-to-myrhical weapons. Jackie has two swords, and two grenades on him at any time, if you count his ships stock of grenades, then toss in a few crates.

  5. So I checked out all these pics of the ne prime figs... And uh... Well some of them "are" pretty cool, but bumble bee and wheeljack are only redecoed with spikes, while soundwave got one hell of a overhaul, also dingdong the mechtechs gone!!! Wooo! My only complaint... Predaking my arsh thats Cybertron Scourge, what the heck?

WheelJack, soundwave, and PredaScouge are a must on my list porcupinebee can stay on the shelf with stealthbee and his r.i.d. Reject edition.

  6. How could you even say that, Jackie was defeated by soundwave, and if miko hadn't used the JackHammer then the insecticon would have killed him. Jackie may be tough, but Lockdown is a friggin serial killer of the TF universe. To be honest I think the wreckers as individuals are nothing but a bunch random characters that as a whole may have been a threat, but as individuals they have no chance at surviving in the long run. Heck Bulkhead mentions most of them already are dead. Face it Jackie's swords have a reserved spot above Lockie's Mantle.

  7. Lockout was an amazing character, one that deserves more screen time. So I was thinking... Lockout was a character that preformed frankenstien experiments on himself obtaining "upgrades". Knockout is a self proclaimed doctor who sells upgrades... And it hit me... Siblings. The two could have had similar up bringings, but both went their own creepy way. Lockdown not interested in how he looks turns himself into a monster, proclaiming himself a bountyhunter and removing parts off of his prey. Knockout seeing his sibling is disgusted and focuses on how he looks while lending his talents to thos that can pay.

    So what do you think?

  8. I'm actually wondering, should I buy a first edition Arcee off ebay or take the chance and wait for bbts/toys r us to get her in? I kind of want to get two and maybe do a custom deluxe FlameWar saw her cyberverse and love the paint apps.

  9. Im not saying its the same in all stores, but in my store as well as other local shops you just see voyagers selling more often then deluxes but you also got to think there are like fifty bumblebees for one soundwave.

Also harshness on the voyagers dude, starscream, ultra magnus, megatron might have a crummy paint job but he's got a good mold, and thats not counting the takara molds.

  10. I just picked up Voyager DreadWing

this guy is straight 10's in my book perfecr except for the retarded mechtech weapon gonna glue it in place and paint it, though his transformation is a bit scary some parts fit so tight I was worried I'd break him.

    Also got...

    R.i.d. Soundwave

10's agains but mine has a slightly bent arm from packaging looks fine as the drone, but his wrist is bent.

    R.i.d. Rumble

they shoulda called him frenzy, but again straight 10's he's awesome hasbro should add more paint apps on his car mode though, but the fig is well made and looks good.

    Reveal the shield LugNut (ebay)

I'm to biased on this one Lugnut is the bomb literally, but he has a great design in robot mode, bombers a bit weird though. I gotta say for robot mode alone he is perfect.

  11. Actually targets out here have voyagers at $26.99 so wally world beats out everyone else in prices except for the deluxes, which I understand. When the movie line died they were left with army surplus levels of bumblebees and other unwanted characters. They took a hit on these by marking them down. So they now ask for more for deluxes knowing voyagers sell better.

  12. I work at a walmart in Oklahoma, deluxes are indeed $15.76, but voyagers are $21.96 though if you want a voyager ya gotta be fast prime doesn't sell so we have about nine of them four megatrons, two bulkheads, and maybe one starscream. We also have a slot for 19.99 revealers what ever those are. Also $32.99 for weaponizers

  13. True didnt think of that, I gues regardless we'll see the starsaber and darkstar at least, but I love the new arm Meg's looked mean as hell before, with that arm he just looks scary. Thinking back it reminds me of the bios saying he preformed frankenstien experiments on himself to ad to his firepower.

  14. Does anyone else think that a Megatron with "prime" arm and DarkStar saber would be a cool redeco? Just think of the arm replacing the cannon on top of his jet mode with the sword attached... I do hope that they extend out the front a bit Meg's was a bit off in jet/starfighter mode. I say redeco because I see them replacing an arm and weapon rather then a new mold these days.

  15. Howdy all,

I'm a nut for odd balls and these guys looked cool, but are seeming kinda off beat these days, any chance a fellow fan would be interested in selling me a set? Hell I'd settle for one of them, I can't really explain it, but these guys have a presence about them that I really love and after a buddy let me check his out I've been dying to have one! Anybody feel like parting with any?

Also if asking about selling or buying is taboo I'm sorry @.@'

  16. Thats what I'm saying man! We need more Cons! The vehicons are alright and I like the fact that they have personalities, but the Cons need new blood and I aint talkin bout Silas.

    Also Nightbeat needs love, when was the last time he's had an original mold? Also Bludgeon would be amazing, with the military so involved in Prime it would be easy to see a modern tank get scanned or even an old school WWII model tank with all that heavy armor, I can so see it translate into a samurai.... Yeah, totally awesome. : }

  17. I gotta say I miss Lockdown and Lugnut. I'd really love to see these guys in prime or at least a prime version of them in toy form. I can imagine Lugnut as a cargo plane or maybe an osprey? The engines of the osprey could work well for his claw like hand. Also M.e.c.h. Had a car that looked a lot like lockdown so it's not hard to see his altmode. :)

Sorry meant to post this above, but anyone else got a bot they'd like to see in Prime? +cough+JAZZ+cough+

  18. Ok, WereFox, I absolutely agree with you. These characters are more than a simple car or truck, they are characters that we love and know inside and out. However, if you can't laugh and joke about something you love, you're taking it far too serious and have lost grasp with reality. These are toys, and meant for kids. Yes, as adults we love them, enjoy talking about them, and even playing with the toys ... It helps many of us relive simpler times in life. But many of us also know there is a difference between fiction and reality. These are NOT real life beings. Honestly, so far it seems like you're the one getting upset and trying to troll and throw the insults, the rest of us are enjoying the conversation and laughing with it all ... Try not to take things SO seriously :)

I only buy the toys for the characters I like from individual shows. Honestly I follow the story, in which case these are not toys but characters in a long running drama. Hasbro realizes that this has gone beyond simply being about toys, why else bother with the whole "they were always real to us" video. some folks may be buying toys to hold onto a piece of their childhood, but some of us care more about the story. some people have StarTrek, others have StarWars, me I have Transformers. :win

  19. "You're attempting to rationalize a love affair between a giant alien robot and a teenage boy"

I'm not trying to rationalize a relationship between a boy and a giant robot. I'm trying to rationalize a relationship between a young adult and a bio-mechanical organism that has the ability to shape-shift. XP

"meanwhile belittling and personally attacking anyone who disagrees with you"

I wasn't the one who commented that people who had my way of thinking should move out of their parent's basement. also I have only been attacking YOU pretty much ^^ and thus far the only comments I have thrown your way are simply implying you are creature dwelling in the basement of their parental figures.

Honestly speaking I may have gone too far with the "True Fan" thing, but comparing a Cybertronian to a H.i.s.s. tank is foul in my book. in nearly every form the Formers have taken they have been living creatures, with Souls, organs, and depending on who wrote the story of the time, families. a robot is a machine with no mind, no purpose other then what the guy with the joystick tells it to. comparing a cybertronian to a mundane mechanical puppet is like comparing a human being to a bike pump, both use air so they gotta be the same right? that too maybe a bit much... but look at it this way. In Prime the kids start off treating the autobots like robots, but after seeing them in pain, bleeding, near death, and such they have an understanding that they are not simple machines, also as ratchet tells Raf, Bumblebee losing his Teecog (Think I spelled that right) is like losing a lung or a kidney, it's an organ not a machine part, and thus it can't be replaced without a donor. the way you put it we may as well dig up CliffJumper and sell his body for scrap metal man.

  20. Oh please, cry from your immature crap? I'm a fan of the story being told. In the end a trolls a troll be they tfan or not. So sit and get your laughs, in the end your jolly is nothing more then a few bits of digital info in a stream of 1's and 0's. I'll just keep posting until someone with two "real" brain cells to rub together can send me a worth while post to this thread, BUT until then I can enjoy trading barbs with a man-child and a simpleton until then. I'm a moot person in life. Nothing can mess with my mellow lifestyle. Hell dude I've been married, so keep being a troll, you'll just remind me of good times with my ex.

Now back to the real reason I started this thread. Do any folks with an understanding of the mytho's have anything to say about Jack becoming an autobot, and keep in mind that spike was one for a short time, also I'm not talking about a head master. JACK as an Autobot. Lets discuss this folks and ignore my monkey in the post above. He may or may not be potty trained I must warn you though. "jabs my troll with a stick"

  21. You can say what you want... Honestly sling mud. Everyy fan here who loves the characters doesn't see a transformer as "a h.i.s.s. Tank" they see sideswipe who lost his bestfriend in the war. Orion Pax the librarian who wanted equal rites among his people and lost his best friend, his dreams, and his very being to fight a war he never wanted. We watched Ironhide die... Not that crummy red van, not a gmc truck, not a vehicle... We watched a soldier, a comrade, a hero, a rolemodel, a childhood friend die... So what? When the wreckers died did ya'll just say meh they were just cars and trucks, when sunstreaker begged to die did you just turn the page? When prime died in the first movie did you just blink and wonder what the big deal was??? They are not just trucks and cars and things... Each character is a living breathing individual. They have their own stories, their own dreams, and sometimes they never get a chance to be more then "that guy who took a bullet for so and so, but they are characters... Not just robots... Robots are a few computer chips on wheels bleeping and blooping and doing preprogramed crap. Autobots and decepticons are more then just cars and toasters and any real fan would never say crap like that. So f@@k you.

  22. Really dude, from a guy who buys/collects children's playthings and your going to throw that one out there? Wow you must be brave. I'm sure if you had a girlfriend then she'd be impressed, but you'll just have to settle on a pat on the head from your mother. ??? Oh was that another stereotype? I'm sorry was that wrong of me? Flames can flow both ways my friend so be mature and lets keep this a fan friendly talk or I'll call your mommy and tell her your trying to be a big boy again. XD

  23. Transformers is evolving past a "kiddie" show. Why else would there be adult jokes in it? Like when jack's mom asks if prime is around and ratchet grumbles that he's on a mission, and she sighs and comments she even wore her heels? To jack's dismay at that. Who else understood that? Come on TFormers isn't "just" a kids show and it hasn't been for awhile.

    "cough rattrap's strip clubs cough"
