  1. Where'd you find that at? Target or TRU? :wtf Went out looking for the new Scout class figures and had no luck, all they had were a few of the new NEST Deluxes and a Mindwipe or two. Called TRU and found they still don't have the new Animated Deluxes (as if they actually checked) so all an'all a pretty lousy day for transformer hunting. The only thing I did get today was a preorder slip for Pokemon HeartGold, I remember enjoying the original game as a kid so hopefully it's still as good.
  2. Picked up Voyager Mindwipe yesterday! I really like this guy but the thing is that everytime I look at it I want to buy another Skystalker...I'm not even making this up either I literally want to go out and buy another Skystalker figure every frickin' time I look at Mindwipe....my Wallet is gonna be crying by the end of the week. :tfsad
  3. Finally realized how to work my digital camera where the pictures don't turn out like crap....what is it with me and not wanting to read the instructions :redface Seeing Barricade not fitting in with the other HA guys, Bumblebee decides to make him feel welcomed (Just like all Yellow Kid appeal characters should) Optimus Prime finally gets tired of asking nicely for what he wants
  4. After one week of searching I finally admitted defeat and ordered ROTF Deluxe Ratchet, Lockdown and Brawn off of Hasbrotoyshop.com......CURSE YOU WISCONSIN AND YOUR INABILITY TO MEET MY TOY DEMANDS! Now I just need to find a TRU with Arcee and Cybertron Ratchet :tfsad
  5. Finally got my HA Barricade from Hasbro on Thurdays and boy does he kick some serious ass, hopefully all HA Decepticons will be this awesome....if there are anymore HA Decepticons..... Stupid Twins. Oh and I caught a nasty cold on friday, it's not a "transformer" haul but considering it's taking up more of my time than HA Barricade I figured it's worth mentioning. I mean come on, if humanity can make Masterpiece Optimus Prime then humanity should have been able to find a cure for the common cold by now right?
  6. Not really a "new" purchase but last week I did pick up a BW Depthcharge and BW Rampage off of Ebay and have been having a blast with them so far. The two really bring back memories, Beast Wars was the TF show I grew up with as a kid, I remember having pretty much all the figures as a kid, even the really shitty ones like Injector and Scavenger. But to me Rampage and Depthcharge were the biggest characters I remember, I loved marine life as a kid so of course my favorite characters would be two giant aquatic bots beating the shit out of each other :tflaugh Anywho onto the verdict for the two of them Depthcharge :bwmax -Beast Mode I usually keep him in this mode because of just how much detailing you get to see on the fins and the nice chrome on the manta ray's head. Only complaint is that the tail isn't really that flexible but it was a toy from awhile ago so it's not a big deal. -Vehicle Mode What Vehicle Mode? -Robot Mode All around badassed, he looks very show accurate, he comes with the sword and gun he used in the show and he's just an all around cool figure and one of my favorite BW figures. Only compaint is that when looking at him from behind or the side his tail area really stands out. Rampage :bwpred -Beast Mode My Second favorite mode, his bigass claws are just so fun to pose and put other characters into, mainly Bowser-boy. Only flaw is that this mode takes up a ton of space because of the claws themselves, luckily though I don't intend on keeping him in Crab mode. -Vehicle Mode Pure Win. This mode kicks so much ass, the giant crab cannon rotates and the tank treads actually move when to push Rampage forward, the treads are rubber and the cannon will actually fire which make him just so much fun to move around. Hell when I first got him I spent about a good 45 minutes just playing around with his tank mode and have kept him in tank mode ever since. -Robot Mode Probably my least favorite mode out of all 6 modes these 2 figures have. Rampage has very little leg support, his arms are a pain to pose due to the crab legs being attached to his arms, and the US version's coloration is a bit off since it's mainly orange instead of red. Eitherway I don't plan on keeping him in this mode. And Liege for the record I to dislike Animated Starscream, his vehicle mode is ugly and his robot mode is no better. :tflaugh
  7. Just bought ROTF Bludgeon and ROTF Recon Ironhide on ebay for about the same price if I were to buy them in-store. Now they just need to get here.........HURRY UP ALREADY! :fire
  8. Dirge is definatley a highlight of the new NEST subline, I actually managed to get the last Dirge at my local target which was a relief considering the next day they stocked the pegs with Jolts and Scorponoks.......so very sad. :tfsad Now all we have to do is sit back and wait for a Ramjet repaint *twiddles thumbs*
  9. Some figures just need to be purchased together :bwmax :bwpred Probably the last time Rampage will be in robot mode for a while, his Tank mode is just so kickass that I may never transform him out of it :tfevil
  10. Got bored today and with the POWAH of clear rubber bands and a screwdriver I made a pretty cool looking Power-Up Prime, if I do say so my self.....which I do.
  11. Much to the disapproval of Prowl, Bulkhead tries to find a better use for his Leader Class buzz saw.
  12. Stopped into a couple K-marts yesterday to see what I could find and man did I find a figure I've been dying to get ahold of for quite awhile, Leader Class Brawl. And the best part was that it was the original Brawl, not that deep desert version, but yeah that just made my week being able to find him, that and he's probably the second best movie leader class figure that's been released, right after ROTF prime.
  13. Gotta say Black Friday this year was a living hell in my town at least, the people in line were wining constantly about how "ridiculous this is" and how they should be in the front of the line. :roll Eitherway it's all good because I did get quite a haul this year as well -TFA: Electrostatic Soundwave (one word- KICKASS) -TFA: Freeway Jazz -TFA: Cybertronian Optimus Prime -TFA: Bumblebee -TFA: Jetfire/Jetstorm (clearance at walmart for $10) - $3 Toaster at Target which I will paint to resemble Ejector :tfgrin - $400 dentist bill for the 4 teeth I lost when I got in the way of a mother and her Zuzu pet. Ok the last one is a little exaggerated but those little computer gerbils were flying off the shelves. I still don't know why parents will spend $50 on a robot hamster when there was a pet store not even a block away that was selling real living hamsters for only $5 each :tflaugh
  14. RID Leader Prime and Supreme Class Devastator, not to shabby :yay
  15. Just ordered Human Alliance Skids from Toysrus.com and am eagerly awaiting his arrival, especially after the whole Target mishap where instead of Skids they sent me Sideswipe. :redface
  16. I gotta say that my hunt for the new Voyagers has been for naught, while I did pick up Long Haul at Toysrus.com it's still not as satisfying as finding him in a store, but that's just me. But luckily my local Target store did have a few surprises for me: - Transformers Animated: The Allspark Almanac -Revenge of the Fallen: BRUTICUS MAXIMAS I really hope Fansproject makes a new Bruticus inhancing kit now since Bruticus is one of my favorite combiners (after Devastator of course). And Lastly if you even remotly liked Transformers Animated then I have just one thing to say: BUY ALLSPARK ALMANAC! Like the series it is full of references, it's in universe due to the descriptions of the characters and stories actually being character interviews and.....well just buy it! BUY IT NOW!
  17. After a huge argument with Mudflap, Skids has decided to find a new combination partner...with some mixed results....
  18. Found and interesting upgrade for Power-Up Prime, I took apart his larger gun, split it into 3 pieces and used two pieces for arm plates and the middle piece for a new chest plate, let me know what you think :tfgrin
  19. :eek You cannot keep a newborn baby and ROTF Optimus Prime in the same living space! Optimus might try to steal the baby's face at night! :tflaugh Oh that I recently stopped at my local Target and Kohl's and to my surprise Kohl's actually had the newer transformers, I picked up Arcee and Rampage at Kohl's (buy 1 get one half off) and I picked up HA Bumblebee at Target. I actually like Arcee alot more than I thought I would, I love the unique design though the right arm is a tad annoying. Rampage is......well Rampage is definatley a low point in this toy line, the only reason I got him over Swerve is because I needed him for my impromtue Devastator and the fact he reminds me of Rampage from Beast Wars. Human Alliance Bumblebee is just pure win, probably my third favorite figure of the ROTF line so far, not to mention continuously running over the Sam figure is worth the money the figure cost alone.
  20. Got bored today so I started trying to mix and match my ROTF figures to see what forced combinations I could make and I remembered someone posting a legends class combination of Prime, Jetfire, Bumblebee, Sideswipe and the twins so I figured I'd try it with their larger forms. Also threw in some Optimal Optimus parts for fun. Sorry about the picture being the size it is, I don't currently own a digital camera so I had to use my computer's crappy built in camera. Also I didn't have any clear rubberbands so I had to use those regular ones :redface
  21. :eek Now I must find a way to combine Leader Jetfire and Prime with HA Sideswipe, Bumblebee, Mudflap and Skids! :tflaugh
  22. Had a $10 gift card for TRU so I stopped in and picked up the last of the Leader figures I needed, gotta say I'm pretty happy with leader Megatron, although his right hand can get VERY annoying to pose affectively. That and I picked up what I view as the "Greatest Megatron EVER" on Ebay for $21. I just love Transmetal Beast Wars Megatron :yay
  23. This is the best picture I could get of Magnus Hammer wielding Shockwave, now all I need is an animated Ratche for him the beat the living hell out of.
  24. I unfortunatley don't have a digital camera that can transfer pictures to my computer at the moment but I was playing around with my animated figures and found a nice looking pose for Shockwave. Basically if you get his "hands" in the right position he can hold Ultra Magnus' Hammer and have it look like he's about to take someone out with it. I'll try to post pictures sooner of later but I just loved the combo/pose I figured I'd mention it :tflaugh
