  1. Any word on whether we're getting any official Con Headmasters?
  2. Can somebody get these guys coffees! But seriously, it's nice to see a little bit about the way they combine...but nobody's switching limbs, sillies. Silverbolt forms a nice torso; Motormaster still needs some finessing to get his abdominals (or lack thereof) there. ;)
  3. Was just measuring, and if 9.6" is correct for the height of the robot, then this thing is closer to MP scale than matching Generations Blitzwing (which I was so hoping for). :shrug Still, brilliant nonetheless. :thumb
  4. I'd go for the transformable ones, so...digging the X-04 Scourge, X-06 Galvatron, and X-07 Cyclonus homages! :thumb
  5. I'm pretty happy with Shrapnel (sorry, can't call him 'Skrapnel'). Not much to Reflector...would rather see the three clones released in this size (there's an idea, Hasbro!). Almost tempted to chrome out Reflector's gun form, as well as Shrapnel's pincers. Jonesin' for Gen Bombshell now, who's also looking pretty sweat! We better see a Kickback released to finish out these guys, though. Come on, Hasbro, COMPLETE!
  6. So, this MP Skywarp mold will match the 2012 MP Thundercracker release, correct? I guess we'll get Starscream in this mold by 2016/17-ish then, right? ;)
  7. Little shrimp...but cool lookin' little shrimp! :thumb
  8. Amen to that. I had a little bit of hope after DOTM, but this...this is no good. AoE ran in the same putrid race as ROTF. Terrible. I watched the movie with a 12 year old who just picked the movie apart scene by scene (reminded me of myself)...and unlike me he actually WANTED TO SEE THE MOVIE. After DoTM, I had really hoped it was done. Of course, that was not to be. But upon seeing the AoE script, characters, and their janky toys, I said, 'No more Bayverse.' The extremely superb Transformers Prime series also helped solidify that decision! As an aside, they end that excellent series, but keep advancing these crappy films...go figure. I know, moolah, but I digress. Anyway, just watching a portion of this critique, and seeing some of the footage to go along with it, I'm glad I made the choice not to proceed into oblivion. As a result, I've definitely saved (or diverted) money, both at the box office and in my collection, as well as peace of mind to venture into purer paths of Transformers. I can no longer accept the disastrous route of the franchise, the chronology, the whole kit and caboodle, that this Bay mediocrity permeates. If it takes growing to a ripe old age before ever seeing an acceptable rendition of Transformers live-action on the big screen that Michael Bay has absolutely nothing to do with, then so be it. Honestly, nothing would be better than what we keep getting! Of course, we know they're already picking which shots to reuse for the next piece o' :poop
  9. 'Whatever you think of Michael Bay's approach to Transformers, it's continually rewarded with success - so I hope you're used to it.' The success of mediocrity in a summer of it! Hollywood has a history of bad successful movies. I'll continue to take the road less traveled...and avoid Bay's steaming pile(s) :poop 'No one in this world has ever lost money by underestimating the intelligence of the great masses of the plain people.'
  10. Smart move...but I don't know if that'll save it. :doh Trailer looked kinda interesting...but the samples were crap. I predict late toys and an early demise.
