    Feelin' a little overwhelmed....

    By Smokes,

When I first started "collecting" Takara had just reissued Hotrod, Hasbro wasn't producing any classic fig's and TF's in general weren't that popular. With that in mind, I could collect by buying figure's moderately here and there. Collecting was a hobby, but one I didn't have to invest so much time and money on.

Now with all the different lines, I find myself constantly torn between buying Takara'a new reissue, or a new Alty, or one of the many excellent Energon toys. The easy answer to this is just buy them all, but I personally can't justify spending $200.00 a month on toys, not to mention space to store them in. I'm not complaining, having so many figure's to chose from can be blessing, but does anyone else think there's a little to much going on right now?

Maybe I'm just to old for this. :redface

Too many TF's, to little time.

Here is the lowdown on the two festivals:

Here is their (Japanese language) web site:

(to view it in broken English, view it through this site: http://babelfish.altavista.com/ )

The Wonder Festival is basically a model-makers convention, showing stuff like Gundam Model Kits, Resin models, etc.  Takara MIGHT be there, in order to show off the new Energon Optimus Prime model kit-MAYBE.

Admission: 2,000 Yen (discounts for students and those with a pre-bought guide book)

    Japanese language web site:

    (use babelfish to translate it)

English Web Site (I can't view it as it is blocked.  Might not work!)

This is THE toy show for all toy enthusiasts in Japan!  The cost of admission is 1000 Yen on the day, but Takara WILL be here, showing off some new toys and stuff.  There are some "exclusive" items that can be bought (I think), including:

    - "Micro man M111 トイフェス (trophies?) Ver.

Quantity: 1000 price: 2000 Yen schedule sale hour 13: 00 production origins: タカラ (gukara?)."

    Transform. I SAID TRANSFORM!

    The Interlink
    By The Interlink,

The other day I picked up Alternator Smokescreen and I came to terms with something.

I really suck at transforming Transformers.

I tried to get SS back to his car mode, but to no avail. I also can't change the car bros (like X-Brawn) back to their alt modes.

    Anyone else plead guilty?

Who becomes a red Mazda RX-8

    By tf_one,

what is your opinion on the mistery character behind the coming-up Binal-tech/Alternator red mazda RX-8 (i think)

I presume it is Cliffjumper....it would be nice to have a mini-car character being the same scale as the other car autobots for once!
