Hot Rod is a stellar figure, but you're getting a little toy for a lot of money.

So, Earthrise Runamuck had a few issues. Thanks to the unexpected kindness of two fine gents in our community, and since I don't live in the US, I am blessed to be able to look at Runabout. The real question though is whether or not he is an improvement over his battlecharger partner-in-crime!
