  9. My unboxing and review of Fans hobby Lightning Eagle is up! Fans Hobby as usual doesn't disappoint. I also like the preview of Machine Eagle (Machine Wars Optimus Prime) in the instructions. Can't for that to come out.

  10. My review of Civil Warrior's CW-01 General Grant aka Masterpiece War Within Optimus Prime. I do have some QC issues with this figure. This is a new 3P company and I would very much like to give them a chance at their after sales support. I hope it will be a positive outcome. Overall I am generally pleased with the figure design.

  11. Wsup TFormers! I'm super stoked to bring you my latest fan mode, the Trash Titan, otherwise known as 3G, the Garbage Goliath Gestalt!. This one is a collaboration between and one of my viewers, RobertH. Robert created the torso and I created the limbs. A very very cool and fun project that you can undertake if you have the bots at home. Requires: 1x Trashmaster, 2x Scraphooks, and 2x Crashbars. Check out the pic and also the vid, if you're interested in seeing the tutorial. Thanks and have a nice day

  12. Forgot about this one. It's Siege Shockwave repainted as Cybertron Brimstone based on the Botcon figure. I had planned to do at least Galactic Man and Energon Sixshot as well and maybe FoC Air Raid and Fireflight but when an actual Galactic Man Shockwave as announced, I put a hold on anything else. I also started to run out of extra money and went back to work and stopped making customs in general all around the same time. I can only post about six pics a post so I'll be posting a few in a row here for you. The rest will be all about the GUOP mold.

  13. So Volcanicus and Dinoking will be around the sizes of TLK Infernocus and Power Core Combiners Grimstone. I actually like that very much. Being about the same size as Grimstone is really cool. Now I have to dig my Grimstone back out but luckily I still have time before we finish Volcanicus. I really do hope that Hasbro does release Dinoking and not listen to some of the hate these figures are getting. It's not too bad but it's there.

  14. Hey there! It's your friendly neighborhood bot bender, swinging through with another fan mode. This time we're taking a look at Fossilized King Rhinox! Originally inspired by the very talented Orion_snax of Insta (https://www.instagram.com/orion_snax/), I tried recreating his build based on the pics in his gallery but was unsuccessful in doing so. So for the parts where I got stuck, I just riffed on it and ended up with this build. Def wouldn't have been possible without his amazing build! Here's a tutorial for my version and also some preview pics. Thanks and have a great day, yall!

  18. Thanks for the heads up. I was tempted to pick that jet pack for Sideswipe but I wasn't sure it'd work. Fun fact the Rocket Pack that comes with the KBB MP-10V (Not Optimus) sort of fits perfectly on siege Sideswipe: I haven't yet tried it on Kingdom. Cool photo btw: that's quite the talent and the eye. And speaking of the MP-10V, have you seen that? I picked it up years ago when I was looking for a good voyager sized Optimus. It's a pretty amazing shrunk down MP-10. I have the trailer and everything. It's basically the reason I haven't purchased a siege or kingdom Optimus, it's just so good. There's a few flaws but I'm overall happy with it and all its accessories. And even though it's not Hasbro/Takara I highly recommend it to anyone that likes Optimus Prime figures. The KBB MP10V is one of those third party figures that beat Hasbro/Takara to the market (I try not to pick up third party otherwise). Can't wait for the G2 Stunticon photos!

  19. TIme to look at the new Transformers Kingdom Scorponok in comparison to my highly customized original Beast Wars ultra class! More than a matter of who wins, is there room enough for both in my collection...or yours?

  23. This is my entry for the #AgeOfSwagwave Stop-Motion Tournament. I used both WFC: SIege, Generations, and 3rd Party Figures to complete the action shown. Our theme for this animation we were given was "Overcoming Objections." The lesson being that Ultra Magnus, despite being a great soldier, and ultimately a good Autobot Leader for a small time, he has a hard time relying on others to achieve a goal. In order to help others, you can always ask for help to do so. Hooah! Also featuring voice talent such as Nindrago (who does a fantastic Victor Caroli impersonation), Amalthea, Taeka Phoenix, Bobby Skullface, @Kato's Kollection, @Patriot Prime Reviews, and myself. Please sound off in the comments on what you think, whether good, or a critique!

  25. Added 3d printed ramp upgrades to my #TitansReturn #FortressMaximus. Pretty happy how he turned out with all the upgrades done to him (DNA Design hands, hip cannons and feet, Perfect Effect Gun and ToyHax decals). 28. Kinda odd, kinda cool! I was sent a custom to review. It began life as Transformers Siege Swindler (who I detest) BUT imagine a crossover with Back to the Future with the car becoming the Delorean and the robot? you guess it, enter Marty McTime, tech spec card and all!

  32. I never got the Henkei version, but I really do love the one that came in the TRU 2-pack with the good version of Evasion Mode Prime. I think the chrome bits are really sharp, and he generally just looks like an awesome (and very Japanese) take on Prime. He's the only Classics figure I still display.

  33. I have noticed it more on the plastic. The plastic feels more brittle and is more prone to stress marks. I first noticed it with the Transformers Prime line and confirmed it with Beast Hunters Optimus Prime voyager figure; it got stress mark just by putting the weapons on the corresponding peg holes. Armada and Energon line, even Animated still felt good quality. And don't get me started on the combiners from Combiner Wars; they can barely stand. I would have tried to get more of them but after completing Volcanicus, I was fed up and said no more. But again, the plastic has felt of lesser quality lately and some of the joints too loose in the more resent figures

  34. I'm an old school Geewunner but Beast Wars is my favorite storyline with the best characterbuilding. There is so much possibility here, just don't focus on the (Cave)humans, and give Megatron some damn screen time. Oh yeah, we gotta have David Kaye and Gary Chalk reprising their respective characters.

  35. Basically, anything they can do to pass the risk off or eliminate it. A preorder threshold means that if it fails they're still out the development costs but nothing else. Probably wouldn't be good to have a $600 shelfwarmer out there. And likewise I'm sure the cost is partly because of the low production run. They probably won't reduce the cost if they end up producing more than expected, but I'm sure only doing 8,000 of these is factored in to the big bite there. But I do think it'll make it with over 1K in the first 24 hours. When it gets a broader announcement with the SDCC events they'll probably be most of the way there.
