My unboxing and review of Fans hobby Lightning Eagle is up! Fans Hobby as usual doesn't disappoint. I also like the preview of Machine Eagle (Machine Wars Optimus Prime) in the instructions. Can't for that to come out.

My review of Civil Warrior's CW-01 General Grant aka Masterpiece War Within Optimus Prime. I do have some QC issues with this figure. This is a new 3P company and I would very much like to give them a chance at their after sales support. I hope it will be a positive outcome. Overall I am generally pleased with the figure design.

So Volcanicus and Dinoking will be around the sizes of TLK Infernocus and Power Core Combiners Grimstone. I actually like that very much. Being about the same size as Grimstone is really cool. Now I have to dig my Grimstone back out but luckily I still have time before we finish Volcanicus. I really do hope that Hasbro does release Dinoking and not listen to some of the hate these figures are getting. It's not too bad but it's there.

I wish Hasbro would let a show based off their franchises last more than two seasons on the small screen. I think the 2018 Bumblebee film was a good step forward for Transformers compared to the previous movies. I have high hopes for Beast Wars, hopefully the quality can continue. Will this be the last Transformers movies though?

Same. Tarantulas looks pretty amazing, so I have high hopes for Inferno.

Thanks for the heads up. I was tempted to pick that jet pack for Sideswipe but I wasn't sure it'd work. Fun fact the Rocket Pack that comes with the KBB MP-10V (Not Optimus) sort of fits perfectly on siege Sideswipe: I haven't yet tried it on Kingdom. Cool photo btw: that's quite the talent and the eye. And speaking of the MP-10V, have you seen that? I picked it up years ago when I was looking for a good voyager sized Optimus. It's a pretty amazing shrunk down MP-10. I have the trailer and everything. It's basically the reason I haven't purchased a siege or kingdom Optimus, it's just so good. There's a few flaws but I'm overall happy with it and all its accessories. And even though it's not Hasbro/Takara I highly recommend it to anyone that likes Optimus Prime figures. The KBB MP10V is one of those third party figures that beat Hasbro/Takara to the market (I try not to pick up third party otherwise). Can't wait for the G2 Stunticon photos!

Nice photo, the execution looks great. I was just curious. Any reason that "Wild Rider" was left out of the family photo? And what's with the weapon swapping, is it just a preference thing? Also, how are the G1 style guns; do they work well: are they sized nicely and fit will into the hands, do they look good?

I have been collecting since 1984, transformers what the first thing I ever truly collected. I've cut down considerably on what I collect now, but Transformers were my first passion. I had to have every one in that 85 catalogue. I drove all over the place hunting them down, with my best friend. We're still friends, and I still have them all, all complete, 98% 9f them I still have the boxes. I packed them and their accessories in foam rubber to hold and protect them, decades later, they are my favorite thing, after my family. I also have become very adept at repairing them, and other toys. You never have to stop loving anything... unless it's killing you.

So glad they made the trailer compatible with Siege Optimus Prime. Gonna have to get a second prime just to customize the trailer for Siege Prime.

Bot looks good Larkin. I guess I'm really sold on this one now.

You forgot to mention sloppy paint apps. I can't find myself able to commit to spend almost $600 for a Siege line character after the disastrous paint apps that were applied to Jetfire. It was a beautifully sculpted design ruined by cheap paint apps. Unicron looks like a solid design but what am I going to get when it comes off the line? I can't expect it to look as clean as that prototype. That is for sure. Until hasbro addresses that, it's a hard sell for me.
