Universe: Alternate G1/BW, with some characters borrowed from other continuities.

 

The story begins with a group of Autobot police force went on high speed to the outskirts of Polyhex..

 

Hound :: This is captain Hound to the rest of the unit. We're nearing the target, slow down and exercise caution.

 

Hound said to the rest of his team, consists of Sideswipe, Sideburn, Red Alert and Blurr.

 

Moments later, they stop at some kind of abandoned building, supposedly according to the report that they received back then at HQ. Hound lead the team to investigate the crime scene..

 

Hound :: According the the report, this is the location of the illegal Pretender Shell experimental lab. Our objective here is to search for the said evidences. Sideswipe, and Red Alert, search the second floor. Blurr and Sideburn, come with me.

Sideburn :: Aye, boss!

 

The electricity is out, and this creepy place is full of unpleasant smell that kinda disturbs their sensory system.

 

Blurr :: OhPrimus,thisplacegivesmeaneeriefeeling.Ihopewecangetouttahereassoonaspossible..

Sideburn :: Geeee... Stop whining, everything's gonna be alright, zippy mouth.

Sideburn :: Hey, I know, alright? I'm also have an unease feeling about this pla-

Sideburn looks down and..

 

Sideburn :: HEEEEYYY!! What is this?! Hey, Blurr, see this!! Mech fluids, cogs, and....... let's see, what's that...? OH BY THE NAME OF PRIMUS.... A SEVERED HAND?!

Blurr :: Ohno,Ohno,Ohno,Ohno!See?See?See?ItoldyouIwasrightaboutthisplace,Sideburn!!

Sideburn :: Geez! Dude, we gotta report back to Hound as soon as possible!!

Sideburn :: Yo, cap'n Hound! I have an emergency here, I have found ... the evidence! Or.. Or maybe worse! You gotta come here and see this, dude!!

Hound :: Hey hey hey, easy. Calm down and say what did you just found, Sideburn.

Sideburn :: You won't believe this... Mech fluids, cogs, and a severed hand with bite scars.

Hound :: Acknowledged. Now remain where you are, we will reach there as soon as possible.

Hound :: We're goin' upstairs. Now.

Sideswipe :: Sure, the sooner we get off this place, the better.

Red Alert :: What? This place scares the spark outta yer servo, ah, Swipey? Hahahah.

 

They chat as they're walking upstairs. And now, once they're on the upstairs, Sideburn shows them the mutilated remains of an unidentified bot. Hound is shocked, and quickly calls to the HQ on the downtown of Polyhex.

Hound :: This is Hound to HQ, I need to speak with Prowl, pronto.

Hubcap :: A moment, please.

Prowl :: Yes, this is Prowl speaking here. What's the situation, Hound?

Hound :: I may not find the evidences of the Pretender Shell project, but I find something.... else.

Prowl :: As if in?

Hound :: Mutilated remains of a poor 'bot. And I would like to request for backup to help us start an all-out search on this building.

Prowl :: 'Kay. Consider it done. I'll be right there with the backup unit. Stay there and let's see if you can find some more evidences.

Hound :: Roger that, sir. Over and out.

Prowl then gathers all available units at the time, all up to 10 bots including himself. And they're on their way to the outskirt of Polyhex.

Whose hand is that? Is it related to the said Pretender Shell project that's been officially branded as an illegal & harmful technology by the Autobots Council? Or just mere homicide? Found out more on later update. Yessss.

Moments later..

 

Prowl, assisted by Hound, Swerve & Skids, approaching the experimental lab chamber on the basement. The scenery is truly horrible, with little-to-no lights to support their optics, and also the unpleasant technorganic tissue smell, not to mention, also there are about 6 Sparkless protoforms entrapped in large tubes and certain parts covered with the technorganic Pretender shell. But what raises another question for Prowl & 'Bots are, what happened to three other empty shattered tubes located on the north-east corner of the chamber?

 

Hound :: Finally, these evidences. And I'm now convinced that the severed hand of that poor 'bot came from one of those tubes.. There.

Skids :: Eh, Hound, there are three of 'em that's empty. And from what I saw, that severed hand are clean from technorganic Pretender tissue, while these miscreants, well..

Hound :: A possibility won't hurt, right, Skids?

Prowl :: Okay. Swerve & Skids, examine and gather all available datas from those tubes, and Hound, download and secure all data from the main control panel of this chamber.

Swerve, Hound :: Copy that, chief.

Prowl :: ... Sheesh. By Primus, this is why Pretenders are illegal.

 

Swerve & Hound examining the tubes closely, and on each panels of those tubes, they gain the project names of those unlucky test subjects. These names are Chainclaw, Catilla, Skullgrin, Octopunch, Carnivac & Iguanus. While from the empty tubes, the names are Ransack, Slog and the last one is unidentified.

 

After the extensive investigation been carried out, and everything is escorted back for further examination on Polyhex, this place is closed and guarded by the Polyhex Autobot Police forces. And from a dark alley not far from that abandoned Pretender lab, red optics are observing the investigation done by the Autobots, and .... that mysterious red optics hides back into the darkness of shadow, cackling maniacally. Who might that be?
