First Look: Nissan GT-R Bot At Tokyo Toy Show 2008

Recommended Posts

I'm guessing Alternity is their version of Alternators, in which case it's just gonna be plastic.

If not, then maybe Alternity could mean that they will be using characters from "ALTERNATE" universes in this toy line, cuz the head on that Convoy looks similar to Fire Convoy, and that figure would look pretty kick ass as red.

Here is what I came up with:

You guys should read more... F2F says it's Convoy, and the writing on the slide says its Convoy.. i'm pretty sure it's Convoy! :P

That and for those of us that can read Japanese:

Those blocky letters next to NISSAN spell out Convoy :P

Note that the funny blocky letters are the same on this actual known Convoy... just to clarify :D

1/32 scale ? Damn I don't want to have smaller robots and cars than my BT's. I will pass on this line if the scale is confirmed. However, the proto looks detailed and awesome and I like the Nissan Skyline GTR...

The scale is confirmed - check out the other thread.

compared to the person standing behind the display case, that is an awfully big "deluxe". :P

Ok, so the scale for "Alternity" has been confirmed. Have both the deluxe-sized bot in the pic with Bumblebee and the obviously-bigger bot in the display case been confirmed as part of "Alternity"? Or even confirmed to be the same proto/figure?

As for the two Alt Ravages, the first one was the reformatted Predacon Ravage from Beast Wars, who kept his G1 self locked in stasis inside his alt-mode's stereo tape-deck (don't ask me, I dunno why a new Vette had a tape-deck. :P).

The second Ravage was actually G1 Ravage after being BinalTech'd, but I forget what his bio actually said about it. Heck, I forget if I ever actually got to read his bio. :P
