Guys, just compare the toy in the display case to the person standing behind the case. (in the full pic at the Fan2Fan link)

 

The one in the picture with Bumblebee is obviously not the same figure (I don't think the alt mode is even the same, judging by his chest). Maybe "Alternity" is a seperate line from BT (it does say that Alternity is a "spin-off" from BinalTech...), and the one in the case is actually BT/Alt?

 

Either way, Hasbro definitely needs to bring it/them here. :D

Actually Dark Prime, it is the same AWESOME figure. You can see the Convoy head and chest is same, seats on his arms, with the same leg transformation.

 

I hope this isnt a exclusive as i want one of these probably. Nice car mode, smaller scale, & HOPEING for die cast as well!

Um they look completely different. One in display case is waaay more detailed... and has proper feet. Deluxe one looks....... like a deluxe :P I guess there's no real way to tell until we get more info. Gimmie a 1:24 alt/binaltech please.... thank you, goodbye.

Since it's an actual photograph of an earlier prototype with the exact same transformation scheme standing next to the deluxe 'Bee, I'd bet that the picture on the right is intended to give a sense of scale for the "Alternity" line, otherwise there is really no reason for it to even exist, let alone be shown at a toyshow that's primarily function is to let retailers know about upcoming products...

 

The Concept Camaro deluxe was about 1:35th scale, therefore I'd guess Alternity is going to be 1:32 (assuming it conforms to a preset "model" scale).

Yeah, no die-cast please.

 

Smaller-scale + painted die-cast = mad paint chipping.

 

Let's hope it comes to US in plastic.

I really hope this isn't Prime. Prime should always be something big and bulky; a sports car really doesn't suit him.

 

Unless it's Rodimus Prime. He can be a sports car all he wants.

 

The head doesn't look all that Prime-ish anyway. Too skinny, especially toward the chin.

ok I know this post is a bit behind on this....BUT this could be Convoy very easily. The pick up truck was called Ginrai....the powermaster prime...which was a totally different character! SOOOOOO we could actually have the proper Prime/convoy....I still want to know how they explained the 2 ravages though...

You guys should read more... F2F says it's Convoy, and the writing on the slide says its Convoy.. i'm pretty sure it's Convoy! :P
