is it just me or is his head optimus?

It's got the center... er, sticky-up thingy, but I'm not sure.

 

Either way, it looks a lot better than I was expecting.

 

edit: oh shit I might be wrong! take a look at the picture in the lower right corner of the photograph. Sure looks like a Prime profile to me...

He does look pretty cool. Also that does look an awful lot like a Prime head. This couldn't be a Prime though!! Maybe that's just a head they had available at the time so they could put the proto on display and he'll get a different head later. You know like they did with the C2.0 Sideswipe. I hope.

 

 

EDIT: If you click on the Fantofan link, it takes you to many more pics from the Tokyo Toy show. There is a photo of the MP-Thundercracker and a small vid monitor showing the Nissan GT-R proto next to a concept BB?! Could this be a new take on some of the movie figures?

 

EDIT2: To Supa Tman's post below...ok yeah I didn't think that that could just be a size comparison.

I cant se his face but it looks like Fire Convoy. I'm liking his legs. Man. I wonder if this will come to Hasbro. 50 bones is alot man. I forgot shipping, yeash!
