Okay, I bought Jetstorm today and Astrotrain does, sort of, attach to the top of Jetstorm's airplane mode. It's a descent fit but not all that secure. The scale between the the plane and shuttle looks correct, though, so that's nice. Jetstorm itself does make a good Decepticon character.
