2 stars?!?!?!?

I'm sorry but I provided this tutorial to the board to help people out. If someone's got a better method or better tutorial, or simply a reason WHY such a low rating PLEASE explain.

I'm sorry but with a rating like this, it's a slap in the face, and unless there's some reason why, I'm gonna edit this thread deleted, and not post any more tutorials here.

are you seriously bichting about stars? dude, like you need your ego stroked. you're a great basher, this is something that a noob would cry about. besides, alot of members don't even know about the stars, hell i didn't know about them until 2 days ago and i'm mod. just sayin'.

nice tutorial. this is something i need to try.

you know it's more than the stars STP, who give a fluck about stars. it's the principal of every post I make being shadowed by a big scary guy with dreadlocks, and continual flame baiting. The fact you posted on this thread ONLY makes me more certain someone reported me in my own threads (waaaa)

no one reported you, and you wont be shadowed anymore, hint hint. the situation has been, "handled".

Hey, Frenzy_Rumble, question..I am going to be doing a Gen-1 colored Protoform Prime. And I wanted to make him more dry brushed to look rougher. I won't know about blackwashing or anything..But, I was thinking that I could use the Hammered Black Krylon paint as the main under coating/primer. And then go through with some Testors in those little jars, and try to lightly go through and paint over it, so he looks dark, but has those Gen-1 colors. Would something like that work? Would that be a good base color?

ya know, i've seen those hammered textured sprays out there, and have been tempted to try them on a custom. However, I don't think the feel you want is gonna come straight out of a can. The hammered finish only is sorta a mix between matte/gloss and doesn't really provide any real texture to drybrush onto. But - if you try it - please let me know the results!

F.R. Please don't be insulted or take this the wrong way. Take my philosophy. Read it. U like take it in, if not ignore it. If the criticism is for character building good or bad, fine. If not, Don't post. In other words Constructive criticism makes U stronger, Destructive criticism is a waste of time. If this helps, cool. If not sorry I posted it.

I just find I got better things to worry about and waste my energy on. I like your stuff. I know your painting walks all over mine. But if U let every little thing bother U, It could effect your work, I learned that the hard way. Take the sage advice of someone that knows.

Again you stuff rules. Thanks for posting my Kitbash on this site, just wish I knew, Because I posted it before I found your post of it.

philosophy??? on what? don't take this as an insult, but I think someone is feeding your mind with bologna.

otherwise, I'm glad you like my stuff.

I have a silly question. How do you give a post stars? I'm a bit of a noob to the boards and would like to know how so I can give kudos when it's due like F-R's post here.
