How come no one hates Aaron Archer anymore?

I'm too busy hating Alex Jaeger to have any problem with Archie.

He's not that bad of a guy to me

Aaron Archer was a mere distraction in the hate against Bigbot. Now that Archer is back in his Hasbro Lair, we can resume as before.

transformers the movie was good, with good toys and animated is good with what look like good toys. how can hate someone while were getting all this good stuff?

if animated starts its second season with a ton of unexplained changes and some collect the items quest, then we might have some problems.

Archer stood up for the fans in demanding things like Prime retain his red and blue colour scheme (Bay wanted him blue and white).

first i ever heard that. is that for real? think of the Blot storm that would of caused. people would have REALLY killed him.

I liked quite a few of the E/C toys, not so much A...

Maybe it also has to do with Archer not being as visible.

Didn't he used to be more "available" to the fandom? like posting on message boards and stuff?

I don't recall the "and white" part, but Bay did want him mostly blue because he felt that red doesn't photograph very well - notice that when he's a truck (a real object), the red is kept to a minimum (plus there's quite a bit of orange mixed in there).

And while it's correct that Hasbro fought hard for the red, I'm not sure we can give full credit to Archer.

Yea but we didn't know who he was at the time. It got revealed at a Con or something, and then everyone went rabid on him. hasbro didn't seem to like having one of their own out in the open and he ended up leaving us. It makes sense tho.
