I missed Cybertron Evac... and now MUST have him!

Okay, after I finally realized how good Cybertron Evac was, it was too late - he wasn't available anymore. And I can't really look on Ebay because I don't have a working Paypal account. Well, I HAVE an account, but it's bugged and they can't seem to fix it.

 

Does anyone either a ) Know where I can pick up Cybertron Evac wiht a normal creditcard / debit card, or b ) have one they are willing to sell at a moderately reasonable price (i.e., not $200 or something) ?
