Well, while I'm sure many non practicing fans went home thinking "Man I miss my old Slugslinger" finding 30 people trying to sell them one can't have been good for the price. If it was the, more likely, "I miss my old Prime/Megs/Soundwave" they were also greeted with the last few years reissues, domestic and abroad.

All I know is once Alts and MP Prime showed their seductive faces on the scene, My interest in getting G1 figs turned to zero. That fact and the fact that every bot I bought, I thought to myself "I just paid how much for a $10 fig with pretty pretty new art work?" After putting on the stickers and transforming them a couple times, I put their delicate high price asses back in their box never to be touched again any way.

I think its because most collectors have most of the figs by now, there are some new ones coming though from the movie so maybe they will pick up again, I also think a lot of its because people are sick of trawling ebay and having to wade through pages which contain 70% KO rubbish, I hate that
