OK, this one's goin' out to Prime Collector!

 

Here's 3D OP as-issued:

 

 

 

Nice, but lots of holes- no windshield, no rear cab wall:

 

 

 

 

 

First, get a spare Dropkick 3D Card TF, they're a dime a dozen. Take out the door panel and the main body:

 

 

 

Cut two veeerrry small notches in the corners of the door panel as shown:

Now cut 2 grooves into the rear sidewalls of the cab, so that the tabs in the cab shield (the horizontal part immediately behind the cab inthe first pic) will snap in:

 

 

You'll need a very sharp, small blade for this- make little cuts and test fit as you go so you don't trim too much.

 

Now install the cab shield into those grooves as it should go, and lay Dropkick's main body piece in between Prime's frame rails (it's not the tightest fit, but it will stay once it's in as long as you don't give it to a 3-year-old):

 

 

I colored it black because I was lazy and figured that was the easiest route and most likely

 

Go back up front and carefully install the new windshield, using the tiny notches you cut to wedge it in place- obviously the door-deco'd side should face in:

 

 

I chose to draw a red stripe at the bottom of this part to blend it in w/ the cab.

EDIT- sorry, I got pulled away.

 

Here's the robot mode, the new black rear chassis panel tucks in behind his arm, w/ a bit of blue added to blend it in, and the new windshield hides within his existing body parts:

 

 

 

Better, right?
