No he said "One" as in a shortened version of "One love." Its another way to say good by to someone. I guess you could call it slang, but i hear it all the time. Its like ending a phone call and saying "peace" or "later"

 

I actually thought thats what he meant but I dismissed it because I thought to myself "Why would someone shorten a 2 syllable phrase?".

I believe that version of "The Touch" was from Boogie Nights, when Mark Wahlberg's charater was trying to start a music career. I'm sure there's a story behind the song being reused for that movie...
