as for who id like to see after galvi i think a cyclonus and scourge but id acept any good figure

man, lets get the first few seasons done first. sheesh...

I love to hear this... classics continuing... sucks about the alts (best line IMO) but at least classics continues... if both had been canned, then that would have been the end of collecting for me, as I have all i want up to now.

and bah andout Ti's ...never cared much about them.

Well there already are Dreadwing and Hotrod. Those are beyond season 1 & 2, I'd think Cyclonus might actually be interesting to pick up.

Damnit, stop say "Titaniums"!! It's juvenile and utterly unnecessary!! The official abbreviation for "titanium" is Ti, not Titanium. Ti looks less stupid, it's shorter to type and there's not stupid innuendo. Read your period table of elements, people!! Gah!!!

i can say Titanium as much as i want. i'm protected by the first ammendment.

anyways i am glad to see clasics continue. now i might get some of the figures on my want lst made. i'm only a little disipointed about Titanium because this means they won't make skywarp now.

Hey, anyone kow if Ti Prowl is still in the works? I love that figure and is the only one I'm probably picking up. The Ti's lacked a lot in just being stable toys. I'd still love to get Prime and prowl though but other than that I'm not too broken about it being a done deal.

Love the Alts but it was getting a little cumbersome finding places to keep them. IMO I just wish that the Alts kept the origional plan of just consisting of Autobots although I'd kill for another Shockwave.

On Universe/Classics ... Awesome! I wonder though if Hasbro would ever think of bringing in "major" auto companies as they did with Movi-formers?

naw, the Titaniums are gone unfortunately. as for classics 2.0, while it was nice that we got real vehicles, it might put to much stress on the alt mode looking better than the bot.

- Alts

Saw this comming a mile away when the introduced Rumble and Ravage. Honestly, with all these odd ball characters and lack of decent availability - and I'm not sure if this is hasbro's doing or the stores just not wanting to carry a specialty type item like that - it's really no surprise why they're pulling out.

- Titanium

It was a waste. I wouldn't buy em.. it was nice seeing a true Rodimus Prime again, I must admit.. though a lot of those things should of been done on a much larger scale.. and I think the only reason they were so tiny and poorly made was the cost of the diecast interferring with making a better product that the casual market would be willing to buy.

- Classics/Universe

News to me. Interesting developments indeed.

Saddness. That Prowl just rocked so hard I was just waiting to pick him up. Would be nice to see him in Classics 2.0 though. Even though he would be all plastic it would be worth it to me for a sturdier toy.

Classics > Alts+Titaniums

Alts have crappy proportions, and Titaniums are just hunks of poorly-sculpted/assembled metal.

Classics however are G1-updated mainlineish goodness.

I used to love Alts but the novelty of super realistic licensed car modes has now officially wore off.

    • If you've not had your fill of Transformers collaborative news today, here is some more with a leaked product listing for the Project Knight: Transformers X Knight Rider crossover. We've been dreaming of this one, and it appears a transforming K.I.T.T. will be coming as soon as August! It must be something big and or special with a $49. - Read the Full News Story
    • Tonight on GotBot Goes Live, we talked Transformers news for the newest multipack and some reissues. We also talked collaboratives with TMNT, an Ectotron reissue and, maybe, even Star Wars? Plus, we address the MP Ginrai teaser image and answer who is Riggorus?
    • EDIT 2: Okay, I think my real problem with this was the marketing image. The main image shows four robot turtles standing together, so I was ready for four toys, not one. Admittedly, I was so disappointed that I did not bother to read the article fully. That's my fault. I apologize. That said, now that I understand it is THE van that turns into a robot, not "robot versions of the four turtles," that makes more sense, but I don't get the four heads. There are images here of a bandana free head which I gather is not included. I would actually prefer a non-specific generic turtle head for the robot. I think that would remove a lot of confusion. At least for me. EDIT 1: My bad, I misunderstood. It's one toy with swappable heads. So, you made a thing based on a four member team, and you only want to sell one toy? You're not even trying to get people to "Collect all FOUR!" You do understand how toy sales work, right? Original Comment: This is a perfectly fine idea executed TERRIBLY. You made four unique toys, each specific to each of the Ninja Turtles, that all turn into the same vehicle? It would be one thing if they joined together to form the van. There have been transformer sets like that before. This is just wasted opportunity. Not to mention, that van exists for the turtles to ride in together as a team, so if they can turn into vehicles ... what do they need a van for? I get that that's their van, and that's cute and all, but ... this is just dumb and disappointing. Why not think about what kind of car each of them would drive based on their personalities, or ask some car company if they want to do a tie-in promotional? What do I want with four copies of the same van and no one to ride in any of them? It makes no sense.
