Putting the Classics under the Universe banner is just so they dont have to release them in Europe :tfmad

Just saw the N/R threads

Had no idea this was Botcon weekend. :07redface

A lot of good news though.

DS, they have it under the Universe moniker for a reason I don't understand. But yes, they're all new molds, not repaints.

Now, just add Wheeljack and a proper Ultra Magnus to that list (and a few Autobot triple changers) and I'll be happy. Include some Head- Target- Power-masters to the list while you're at it.

its cool that classics isn't dead. they had better bring back alts. i bet if they offered a "pre-sale" on hasbro toy shop, they would have enough to build a damned factory for just them.

the slt line has been far superior to all others, what is especially annoying is the fact that more of the KB's i have seen could easily be done just by painting them differently, or swapping heads

wait i scratch that comment , i have a great idea

LETS DROP ALL LINES!!!!!!!

AND MAKE MORE ACTION MASTERS !!!!!!!!!! YEAH!!!!!!!!!!

hastak is a bunch of nimrods i swear

seriously, if i ever meet the douche that decides this crap I am going to take a movie FAB , and permanently block his colon.

I imagine these guys have trouble dressing and eating by themselves

I'm probably going to get shot for saying this, but I think Alternators were overrated anyway. Not that I don't like the ones I have quite a bit, but I think I'd rather have my re-imaginings of classic characters unshackled by the need to be realistic licensed cars in alt-mode (which the movie toys did better in my opinion anyway).

Glad to hear Classics is continuing though. Even though I found some of the early figures a bit disappointing, I always thought the line had a lot of promise.

At first I thought I should be sad about the loss of Alternators, but the more I think about it the more I realize how often I've found the Alternators toys to be frustrating and ugly. The robot modes tend to be disproportionate and swathed in kibble, and on the transformation back to car mode you just sit there kneading panels for hours on end trying to get them to line up properly. The line pretty much peaked with the Jeep Wrangler IMO, and even that mold has its issues.

6" Titaniums I could also take or leave. There were some truly awful toys in that line, and the ones that were good really weren't anything that impressive.

More Classics, though? BRING IT ON.
