Nah, apparently he is one of those Shockwave head'D drones, the white one that has design cues similar to Armada Thrust.

 

Movie Prequel Issue #1 has them in it.

 

 

Another rumor, is tha he is based on a f-18 or f-35 jet.

you know then with in weeks thier will be kitbashes turning him into SS and the other seekers then

F-35? there is no such jet in the US arsenal. But Megatron sounds like he's the Blot in the movie, hell even Prime sounds that way too...
