I just checked their site. It seems even the "Email Us" option in English has been removed.

 

RESULT: E-Hobby is no longer English friendly.

 

Time to start brushing up your Japanese or buy online from other dealers OR visit Japan and buy from the shops in Akihabara!

I can confirm that recently I emailed E-Hobby in basic English using Dragon-X's template and they have NOT replied. It seems E-Hobby WILL NOT reply or help anyone using English to communicate with them. Thus, you MUST either use their Japanese language site (or via google translate perhaps) or email them IN JAPANESE.

 

Here is how to use order from them, using a few steps emailed to me from my Japanese student:

 

"1, login

2, select to buy item

3, select the way of payment (bank transfer, a credit card, C.O.D.)

4, Next screen, have already input an address, the delivery time etc.

（If do not change it, as for the delivery time is not hope.）

5, last check

(If you select a credit card to pay,

please input the credit card company, a number and expiration date in

this window)

6, The purchase procedure is completion

if you click a red button of the screen lower right with 5."

Perhaps we should craft a form letter in Japanese? Then people could just fill out their specific info...
