Classics Optimus Prime Mod...

Thanks TFans! I pulled my first pins!

 

Boy, was it a B!t

 

The only flaw that Classics Prime has is his forearm kibble. So I gave it a shot and hammered out the pins to slim down his arms... I saw a fellow fan mod the "truck sides" as wings to Primes back. But I searched and couldnt find it...

 

So I noticed he has two tabs coming out from each side of the truck grill on his back... So I just plugged them into his back... Not my preferred placement, but it'll do...

Let me know what mods any of you have done to make this Classics figure, just PRIME!

Well obviously it does affect the transformation, but nothing more than having to manually put the doors on from now on, instead of winding them around the arm.

Looks ok... but if parts have to be removed for transformation then it's not a Transformer, IMO.

G1 Megatron doesn't need parts removed to transform him. Like Energon Optimus Prime, his accessories are optional.
