I hope that's actually Ironhide and not Ratchet. I do remember the writers saying that while he wouldn't necessarily be an ambulance, Ratceht would still be an emergency vehicle, and I don't see sirens on that hummer. It needs sirens to be a necessary emergency vehicle. All of them have them.

Sorry, Ironhide's the big, black badass GMC truck. Ratchet does have lights and sirens.
