BWX Rhinox Mutant Head Flaps

I need help deciding if I should leave those head flaps on or off. On one hand the head flaps make it look more complete and doesn't expose those tabs that keep them on. But they limit the head articulation at times because they hit the arms.

 

Taking them off is more show accurate and makes the head a lot easier to move but it exposes the tabs which looks kind of silly.

 

What would you do?

Take em off and swap them around so that the mutant head is on the back of the head. Looks fine to me, and I got no extra pieces to worry about.

im planning to take them off and carefully cut off the excess plastic on the sides. shouldnt be to hard. ill post pics once im done.
